Very very very very very very very very very very very very very nice personal. They were very very very very very very very very very friendly.

I didn?t purchase my 2022 GMC truck from Hardy but I get it serviced at Hardy. They are quick unlike any other major vehicle services department.

Horrible sales people.. Don't return calls or text messages. I don't believe in begging dealerships to sell me a truck. Web site clearly says 10k **Discount available to everyone, but they won't give you this unless you finance with them for 7.9 to 9% with GM. So this very misleading. Explained I'll just refinance and get my 4.5% at my bank but they don't want to deal with me because I won't agree to keep the loan for 6 months. Basically just hung up on me.. Rude, and Scummy business tactics.

My wife and I flew in from out of town after accepting the terms of purchase and the financing deal over the phone. Very happy with KC, Lynn, and David for picking us up from the airport, welcoming us and getting the paperwork going, and getting us into our new truck as quickly as they could so we could drive back home. Although I was hesitant throughout the deal making process leading up to the decision, as I was engaging several other dealers, once I was able to understand all the details I needed to make a decision, the rest of the process was smooth sailing thanks to the professional and friendly team at Hardy.

We purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra this week. Our salesman is Greg Dallas. What an awesome salesperson he is. Very informative and such a pleasant person. Employees were very happy and customer friendly. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs, and wanted to do the best for everyone coming into the service department. Hardy GMC has been great.

I wrote a review a while back about a bad experience I had with a Ford Fusion. I'd like to give an update. Management took time to call me and we spoke on the matter. It was a pleasant and respectful conversation. Im realIy glad we talked and i look forward to continuing my business with Hardy Chevrolet. It says a lot about this company when management takes time to hear me out. Thanks for that.
