When I first started going to Miller Chevrolet. I went looking for a home that I could trust to do the right thing. I have been going back ever since, and I do trust them. I encourage you to give them a try both for auto service, and a place that you can buy your next car.

INTENTIONAL FRAUD VERY DISHONEST

——-FRAUDULENT SERVICE SCAM——- Miller Chevrolet replaced my upper and lower oil pan gaskets September 2022. June 2023 noticed that the upper oil pan gasket was leaking again. I made a appointment to have the problem token care of but Miller insisted it was a rear main seal. I declined service, brought the truck home and took pictures of the exact bolt the oil was coming from (a upper oil pan bolt). Brought the proof back to Miller and Larry said, “we will take care of it” just to call me back the next day and say “nope it’s the rear main seal”. I asked for a picture and they sent me a doctored picture of a oil leak that was obviously intentionally placed fresh oil. Mind you my oil was due for a change and was black as could be. I immediately took the vehicle to Main Motors Chevrolet do a leak diagnostic test just to find out that it was indeed the upper oil pan gasket that was leaking. Absolutely zero oil was leaking from my rear main seal even though Miller Chevrolet said their mechanic used a scope to detect the leak. Miller Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves, tried to charge me $2,200 for a job that didn’t need to be done. All because they didn’t want to warranty their oil pan gasket work performed earlier and lose out on money. I have documents and pictures to back up everything I am saying.

Nathan, your accusations are simply not true. We most certainly did not and would not send you a doctored image, nor would we ever plant oil to deceive anyone. Mistakes happen and when they do, we own up to them. You have 2 opinions from 2 different shops, yet you chose to believe one over the other. We stand by our diagnosis.

Unacceptable service

Brought in truck for ecm flash and minor recall. Asked for them to look into horrible engine shake. They said they couldn’t find anything. Brought truck to normal mechanic and within 5 minutes he found a notice that was sent out about this specific issue. Find out later my transmission was completely split and without fluid and also bad clutch. Absolutely unacceptable service

We have reviewed your service history and as we stated on the phone earlier, we were not asked to diagnose any engine shake, we simply performed the recalls requested and reprogrammed an ECM by request. The vehicle was not lifted to perform the services requested. I'm sorry you feel we came up short, but please understand we completed the tasks requested. Thank you again for your feedback.

Air Filter replacement

I needed to replace air filter as reported on summary report. In looking back at my last report from work done I needed one last time also. I wished it was brought to my attention, I would of had it replaced while at Miller. Most service stations will talk to you after service, not Miller.

Family

Best part of the sale was how they treated our kids from the salesman to Cierra talking with our kids on snocross. She gave our daughter pointers on racing and they must have worked, she placed 2nd in the next race. This means the world to us on how someone can take the time to talk with younger racers and help them. Our salesman was more than helpful, from making sure we where happy with the deal. Our son still talking about the Camaro that he took him to see. Honestly we felt like family threw out the whole experience. Never once felt push into the sale. Thank you to both of you!

Made a service appt for new tires and alignment.

Made a service appt for new tires and alignment. They didn't have the tires, but never said anything. We were waiting and after 3 hours asked what was going on. Then they said they misplaced the tires. Really? Misplaced where, on someone else's car? At another dealership? Didn't even have the common courtesy to tell us, we had to ask. You lost a long time customer.

our salesman charlie cady was very polite business like

our salesman charlie cady was very polite business like helpful and friendly. he made us feel like valued and respected customers. ryan the finance guy was terrible. he didn;y ask me anything i wanted. he set me up with a credit union i didn't want. he didn't ask me how long of a term i wanted. he wouldn't change anything.

I wish I could give a negative start rating. They are pathetic and obviously don't have a clue. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck last Saturday. I show up and a salesman cannot find it, checks with the internet guy and finds out this truck was sold on Friday. The salesman tells me that the internet guy told him he sent me an email at 3:00 on Friday about this (I had 3-4email exchanges with him prior to my driving there). I have checked all my email folders and there is no email from him telling me it was sold so I wasted 4 hours of driving, about $75 on gas and half a day wasted. On Sunday I got an email from CarFax.com, where I found the truck, telling me it was sold. On Monday I get an email from the internet guy asking me if I have any questions about it. All I can say is get a clue and quit wasting my time.
