Definitely Won't Go There Again for Service
Bad experience. I left after getting my new car routine service and on the freeway the low pressure tire indicator came on. I had to get to work and I don't live near the dealership so I couldn't go right back. Tried calling several times and never got to speak to anyone. I called a reliable dealership that I had previously dealt with for years and they eager to happy me and quickly fixed the problem which turns out was a simple adjustment. Even though I have VIP service membership I know I will not be return to

Unethical sales department!
I love their service but their sales department is flat out frustrating. Full disclosure I have purchased atleast 4 cars from them over the years (also when it was Rosner) and each time the car buying process gets worse and more expensive. Today was a leason in "just because you can do something, it doesn't mean you should." I get supply is low and people are willing to spend thousands over MSRP, I didn't need the lecture or proof from other dealerships (time is also very valuable). I was willing to buy the car until they said "we won't sell you the car unless you buy these packages". I didn't want the additional services, last car I purchased them and found out what they said was covered wasn't (make sure you validate the fine print). They then jacked up the cost of their VIP program, which covers oil changes and tire rotations, to almost a $1,000 which is a lot more than the last two times I purchased a car from them. I told them that not nterested unless it was under $690. They said they couldn't make that work and wouldn't sell me the car. They said they could use the VIP dollars from my last purchase to reduce the cost though. I was telling them but I was going to use that towards the car, isn't that the purpose of being a VIP member? I said I don't want the program again and said well they won't sell me the car then. Unbelievable as I have purchased multiple cars from them. Eventually the car market will cool down and will go somewhere else. I even contemplated not using their service department but I really like the advisors there and my other 2 cars have the VIP program. I am shocked that unless you want additional packages they will flat out refuse to sell you the car. Wow. So much for the Toyota or Sheehy "family". UPDATE: after receiving a reply from Sheehy, I also received an email to complete the sale online. I completed the paperwork, it allowed me to purchase the car without any package and then received a call to come to the showroom. As I was almost at the showroom, I was told the car sold. I sat with the saleroom and they had another car was on the way. I asked for the price and the salesman went away and came back telling me that they would now only sell me a car of I purchased two packages! No kidding. They said they wouldn't honor the price online and wouldn't honor the price on Saturday. Also making it mandatory to buy additional packages as a condition of a sale is illegal in the state of Virginia (I called and confirmed). Seeing that they baited by "complete the sale online" and then switching their requirements is misleading. No where on their site mentions this is a requirement when purchasing a car from them. I have purchased 5 cars from them and sad to see Sheehy care so little about their customers, especially those who have been loyal since the Rosner days. I get my cars serviced there but as a result, will take them elsewhere if anything is needed past the normal oil change. On a brighter side, I HIGHLY recommend Priority Toyota in Springfield. I purchased a car there on Saturday. Absolutely no pressure and everything they promised they did. They were upfront and honest. I did purchase the warrenty and tire service from them and it was cheaper than what I paid at Sheehy the last two times. They also include oils changes, without an additional $995 "vip" fee. While there I met others who used to be Sheehy customers frustrated with them too. Greed is a dangerous thing and I'm sure they will make more in the short term but they had lost the respect of a long term customer. Sad

Loving my new car! Sheehy Toyota made the buying process nice and easy for me in this difficult market. It took a while to find what I wanted but it was worth the wait! Great offer on my trade in (better than all other dealers I inquired with) and I got my credit union % rate from the dealer as well which saved me the headache of applying separately. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I took my truck in for a oil change and also my wife car in for her oil change. The work was completed like the Assistant Service Manager promised. 5 stars to Sam Sayes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use their service department

I bought my car at Sheehy and paid extra for the "VIP" service. I made an appointment this week for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8:00. I arrived early, there were no other vehicles in the entrance bay and 4 'service managers' at their desks. I waited 8 minutes to see one. I didn't get out of there until 9:46.

don't come here for trade in! They offered me even less than Carmax - especially they already know abt Carmax's number. I said no, THEN they said "what if we match carmax's offer, will u come in?" Well, why would i take the same offer when I have to drive 30 mins one way to this dealership when Carmax is only 5 mins away from me? So shop around for trade in offers first ! Don't trade here!

Horrible. Atrocious. Unprofessional. There is no way that after a short 6 month span, that my car shouldn’t be working and get told that they “have no idea” what the issue is. After bringing it to another dealer, they diagnose the problem and now I am out of pocket hundreds of dollars at just the start.

It’s not safe as the employees don’t properly wear their masks. Some Didn’t wear them at all at times. The people were super nice but it’s not safe inside. Wonderful nice people. Please be more thoughtful about others.
