Went in yesterday to see a certified black 2017 Sienna XLE with 29000 miles. Buster went with me on test drive. Less than a 10th of a mile off lot, transmission,... yes transmission, makes horrible grinding sound! Had to literally pull over on an off ramp exit to check car out. Nothing was visible, but this was a transmission issue that needed to be addressed before sale to anyone! Was told they would have it checked. Upon further review of car, back lift gate handle bent loose with wet black glue visible. Right passenger bumper cover was ajar, and appeared to be loose when pressed upon. Showed Butch these issues as well. He seemed upset about findings, especially because carfax report stated no accident. He still presented me with a price not knowing what grinding sound was. I told them I wasn’t interested, and went next door for a sandwich at WAWA which I ate, in my car still parked at the back of dealership lot as I was not looking forward to the remainder of my drive on I-95. As I sat eating my sandwich, car was moved back to it’s original spot, prominently displaying the neon green clearance sticker that it worn upon my arrival. This morning car still posted for sale on internet. Car was never checked. Just put out there again, knowing there was several issues, some potentially costly to a buyer. They didn’t care. I left smh. Before i walked out they tried to talk me into looking at another vehicle on my way back down I-95 in a couple of days... No thanks! I had seen enough.
I work in a hospital and do my job perfectly with caring for people. I believe that all people should do their job efficiently and honestly. I came to... buy a car and counted on a fair deal. I was deceived and misled. Every time when I sit down in my car I remember that I was deceived is so unpleasant, because it reminds me of how stupid I was and trusted people.

I went to the Toyota of Stafford dealership for used vehicle and I was greater by a gentleman called Jerry. Who was very pleasant and not a pushy salesman.... He answered every question that I had and referred me to his supervisor by the name Shawn who was also pleasant and helpful. I didn't purchase any vehicle from them but really like their help. The dealership also seems to be going thru some renovations so it makes the place congested hard to get in and parking. Aside that, everything else is great.

So disappointed with this place since Sheehy took over. I was cheated out of $1500 by them when purchasing a car. When confronting them about the problem,... they replied with the fact that they made a verbal agreement with me, but not a written one, so I was not entitled to the money. So, so slimy and wrong, especially when they know I’m signing a bunch of documents while purchasing the car and that I trusted them to put the agreement in the paperwork. You live and learn, and now I’ve learned by making a $1500 mistake with Sheehy.

Dishonest. Paperwork did not match the agreed upon price. Interest rate much higher than promised. Financing got ugly quick. They refused to give me a... paper bill of sale. Several messages to manager, no help. Wish I had looked elsewhere.
I have dealt with Sam Sayes the lady few times I have needed any type of service. He is always a straight shooter. He tells you what you should do and... why. There is no forced work. He actually cares about his customers and their vehicle being safe and in good working order. Sam has gone above and beyond to provid excellent customer service. I will definitely always work with him. Great! 5 stars!

Horrible Service Ashley the finance person was rude and disrespectful to me and needs to be fired! When ask her a question about my credit she said "DIDNT... I JUST TELL YOU THAT? With a nasty a** attitude and then hung up on me. Ashley if you cant handle your job you dont need to be working there.I spoke with the Gen.Maganer Mike and I really hope he held her accountable for her action.I will NEVER shop at this car place again or recommend this particular one.
Took my 2007 Tundra here to get the frame replaced due to the recall, while they were doing it they called and said the tail pipe and muffler was so rusted... that it fell off while they were taking the exhaust off and that the gas tank skid plate straps were rusted out, these 3 parts they quoted me $2,183 which is ridiculous. After getting the truck back, it was clear that they had ripped the tail pipe off the muffler, destroying the muffler outlet making it unusable with a new tail pipe. Matt, one of the managers there claims that it was already rusted and the tech ripped the rest of it off, instead of loosening one bolt to take the clamp off, destroying the muffler outlet. If it was already rusted through, then why is all the metal around the muffler shiny and silver? They also cracked the gas tank skid plate and didn't tell me. They refuse to take responsibility and will not replace any of the parts, leaving me with an almost $2,200 repair bill. Also, I called the Sheehy Toyota dealer in Fredericksburg to get a quote for the same 3 parts and they told me $1,614, so why is there a $500 difference at Stafford? Very disappointed with this service and will be going to corporate.
