Don't bother with a Deposit - means nothing!

If you are in the market for a dealer that will take a deposit on a truck and then sell it out from under you (while you are waiting for your commercial loan to be approved) - then this is the dealership for you!! We were in communication with them to let them know that the bank was processing it and they still sold it. Good LUCK!!!

Jessica, Your husband sent me an email on my F-550 dump truck and I responded on Dec 6th letting him know the truck was available. After sending him additional photos and videos of the truck we came to an agreement on price and I sent him a purchase agreement to take to his bank on Dec 9th. A $500 deposit was taken at that time. I was told he would have an answer on Monday Dec 13th. I called him Tuesday Dec 14th and he told me he would have the money Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I called on Thursday and left him a message as he didn't answer my phone call. I also sent him an email which you responded to late Friday afternoon. I called again Friday Dec 17th and he said he had to send the "paper" to the bank and will have an answer Monday. This is a highly sought after truck which generates a lot of activity from the internet multiple times a day. Since I was holding this truck for him, I turned a lot of customers away from this truck, including repeat buyers and referrals. Seeing how you are 2 hours away I'm sure you know these trucks are not found on every street corner. I am trying to run a business here, just like you are. I never sell a truck that is under deposit without notifying the customer that it is time for me to forward. Did I sell this truck to someone else? Yes, I did and your husband knows exactly why I did. Deposit will be refunded as deposits have always been refundable in my 27 years in this position. Sorry for any inconvenience

I've bought 3 vehicles from here..

Had a great experience buying: 1 car and 2 trucks from here..(3 separate times, years apart) They were quick to take care of any issues with the vehicles , and always polite.. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Art and Dan..

Art, you are clearly wrong. "I" did not crash my vehicle into anyone, someone used my vehicle and had an accident while driving it. There was no police vehicle involved in the accident, so clearly you are talking out of your xxx. I came to get my vehicle within hours of the accident. The extra charge for a days storage was thievery. Again are you able to sleep at night? BTW! I am planning on retiring very soon and am planning on buying a large pick up truck to tow a camper and see the country. You can be very sure I will not buy it from garbage like you! ( yea Art, I got that voice mail you left for me!)

Towed my car

On Friday, 4/26, I had serious car problems on I-84, far from home. My roadside assistance company sent Greg from Center Motors Inc to tow my car, and pick me up. Not only was he kind and courteous, but he even went the extra mile to drop me off at a hotel I was able to make a last minute reservation at. The next morning, he even towed my car to Volkswagen, free of charge. A service! Thanks!

CROOKS. Brought vehicle for repair. Spent weeks there, they told me they were looking at it when it hadn’t even been moved. Then tell me didn’t find problem but bill is $500. Then I get there and the bill is not 500 but 600. Should be shut down!

Horrible Service !!! Stay Away Thieves!!

I brought a truck in for repairs and for a diagnostic. They had my truck for more than ten days the mechanic Greg said he will call me back with the problem and never did. I called multiple times and he was never there. I got tired of the run around and go to pick up the truck charges me $400 dollars and never found the problem. The worst customer service experience ever !! Stay away !!

Never use this business! Thieves!

They towed my vehicle from an accident, it was at their place for under 6 hours when I had it removed! They charged me $26.00 for storage!!!!! Storage! I was sure to ask them if they slept at night!

Dear Really unhappy from Coventry, if you didn't smash your vehicle into a police officers vehicle we never would have had to tow your vehicle. Towing guide lines are set by the State of Connecticut. Storage fee is $26 per day, no exceptions. You are a Man, please stop your whining, you sound like a little xxxxx. Art
