Great selection, great financing and great warranties. They took exceptional care of me and respected my needs and got me in and out very fast.

Slick talkers watch out sold us a nice looking vehicle needed so much work to be down to it. Purchased the warranty with it and told us to wait a few weeks for it to kick in and take it to their recommend auto place and they fixed a few little issues but and warranty says the others are not covered. They are big fixes like air suspension, park assist are next step is to contact Attorney Generals office for warranty fraud.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. We purchased an2015 Suburban from them in March and it needs a new 11k engine. They absolutely do not care, or take care of their customers. Buyer Beware!

bought a car from Car City in August 2021 and everything was great the sales team was real helpful in transferring the car from Downing Auto sales to Car City on Merle Hay. unfortunately thats the extent of my positive feedback on the lot. Less than 4 months after driving off the lot i had a catastrophic event happen and was told by a mechanic that the engine blew and i would need a new engine Car City then informed me they would fix or get the car fixed and charge me $3500 so expecting a new engine or used one i was not informed what was being done to my car or when it would be done 3 months later i receive a call saying my car was ready and i could come get it so i showed up with my check and got no receipt listing what repairs were done or an itemized bill showing what i paid for. less than two months later the repair i paid 3500 for blew up and threw a rod through the engine and now ive had 2 engine failures in less than a year on a car that i paid $14,000 for and driven less than 6 months but have made almost 11 months of payments for . when the engine blew the second time i contacted my salesman who told me i needed to talk to Tony the manager and so i called him and never received a call back and was never told who worked on my car or exactly what they did. If you value honesty and integrity in you car buying i would not go to Car City you will probably just be throwing your money away

I recommend car shopping here with Scott. He took really good care of me. I work 50-70 hours a week, Scott had me approved after I picked the vehicle I wanted to purchase from the website. From finding the vehicle to bringing my Trex home all in speedy timing. Thank you Scott for the reliable SUV and for not only for selling me the vehicle but taking care of me at the same time.
