Easy sale process, worked with me on limited schedule availability and with my financing source. Delivery was smooth. Pros: worked with my schedule Cons:... they were busy, so I did have some waiting (10-15 min) while my salesperson was working with another customer prior to delivery, but the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the wait was due mostly to my schedule constraints and then working around it.

Time to replace aging Grand Caravan. Disappointed that previous Sales Manager retired, however, Salesman approached me and fully assisted me in the buying... process to obtain a replacement new Grand Caravan. I had researched the value of my trade-in and the competitors price for a replacement vehicle. Although the initial offer of sale was not competitive with my research, the dealership bent their offer to satisfy my researched competitive market price. I may have matched the Kolosso final offer had I gone physically shopping, but the convenience of local service and a track record of excellent service to my 5 year old trade-in made me comfortable with the sales transaction, The Salesman even went out of his way to dispel my buyers remorse when I was disappointed with the color of the Van they had on hand. He steered me to another color and then went to the marketplace to find that satisfactory vehicle. I would recommend the dealership and it's employees as great people to do business with and am looking forward to many more years of satisfaction. Their reasonable service schedule, drive-in lubrication, and HGTV put the icing on the cake. And with this COVID-19 business at hand, they do take it seriously and made my wife and I comfortable with their heroic efforts. Highly recommend the dealership.
You can buy or lease with them just fine. But you’ll never get service(esp if it’s a warranty/recall issue) or a freakin call back. Literally heard the... manager behind the receptionist say “I’m not taking it put her to xx, I’m going to lunch” after calling everyday for 11 days on a turn in for my lease- he knew exactly who I was but bc it doesn’t make them money, they won’t work with you. Also of note- I had my vehicle for 3 years, I had a million recalls, every time I called to get my recall scheduled it took WEEKS sometimes a month or more to get in. BUT when I called about a non covered service issue- I got in in 2 days
We knew what we wanted and we knew our price range. Matt Burns did amazing to help us find the right car for us and exceeded all our expectations! He... went beyond and visually showed us the numbers and stayed connected with us throughout the week until we could come back. Matt did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be more happy about our new car we are leasing.
Oil change and filter. Made an appointment and was out in no time. They cleaned car and we had little contact at these times.
The work was done very quickly and was done right . I am happy. Because of Covid I didn't want to have to wait around . As I said I was happy to get in... and out quickly .
