Really crunched for time
My wife had recently suffered a stroke and this was of course taking up a great deal of my time. However I still needed to get a regular maintenance oil change and i didn't have a large window of opportunity. I had taken the day off from work to take my wife for her third MRI and called Chris Schrell and explained to her that if possible I had to get in as quickly as possible. She managed to get me in and out in under an hour at a time when the service lane seemed to me to be VERY busy. I got my oil changed and made my wife's MRI appointment with time to spare. Great New Truck buying experience
Nezar was very helpful in working with me to find the right truck. He was not pushy or forceful and the car buying experience was a good one. The truck window was scratched and he took the initiative to get one ordered and take pictures. He was 100% willing to work with my schedule. I changed dates on him many times and he was flexible and accommodating. Thanks! Loving my new truck.

Service received at the 22nd and wilmot Jim Click
I received excellent service from Chris Scherell at Wilmot and 22nd street branch. Whenever a car has to be towed you are in a state of distress and she was able to assure me that she would check on my car and provide me with an update and possible solutions. She called me within a few hours and took care of everything. I always get good customer service from her. Please pass on my gratitude to her. I did not have to be without my car on Monday and did not have to worry about getting to work.

Oil change
First service visit for oil change- mtx for life. Car wash was offered, which I accepted. Picked up the car, and it was not washed. Wouldn't have expected it if there was no mention at drop off. Don't offer and then not follow through. Makes me wonder if service was actually completed.

Life Time Maintanance
Everyone was nice and helpful to me. Because I hurt my left leg and walking with a cane everyone came to me once they seated me.

Great service
Staff was very helpful. Ray Lobati was extremely helpful. The only negative was the prior to having Ray or any service advisor assingned to me was getting in touch with someone in service took a really long time. I do not think this will be a issue now since I have a direct number for ray. Thank you.
