Great customer service, painless buying process
Claude Nafziger was very business-like and professional (who closed the deal with us). We also initially worked with Chad Patel, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful). The sale went very smooth. Claude was also very helpful in educating us about the vehicle and following through with getting us information as promised. Billy, the financial person, was also very professional and explained things in a very understandable manner. Everything about the purchasing process was as painless as it could be. We will definitely come back to this dealership (and to Claude) when it is time for another vehicle, and we will certainly refer our friends! Even after we drove off with our truck, a couple days later, we had a question, sent Claude a text, and he responded on a Sunday night. That is dedication and commitment to his customers and shows he is not just interested in closing a deal and making money. He truly cares about us being satisfied!!

Kevin Etter knows me and my car by name and is always helpful with needed service. If he says I need a new battery then I buy one. Nice waiting room and wi fi service.

Oil Change-Tire Rotation

Awful warranty on carpets cleaned
They did a good oil change, however completely screwed us with the $550 we paid at purchase for the car. They swore that if we bought the upkeep carpet warranty for $550 that anytime we needed the carpets or seat cleaned for ANY reason it would be handled. I scheduled an appt after two years to get carpets cleaned from dirt, vomit and other stains and was told AFTER we brought it in that they don’t do that. They would take a picture of one spot and send to see if the warranty company would fix for us at a later date. THAT IS NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THIS SERVICE!! I have used Honda Hennessy for years, Car after and car and because of this I will never use again. That was $550 in your pocket for doing absolutely nothing. Because we have six kids we thought it was a great service until you guys succeeded in getting out of it. Very very disappointed in what I believe to be a scam and will spread the word of this “service” that you guys offered two years ago. Hopefully, you don’t “offer” this horrible service anymore. Such a shame bc I was happy with everything up until this.
