Just got home with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox LT thanks to Joe and Jesse over at Licari. From the beginning of the process, they did everything in their power to get me a deal on this vehicle, it was actually pretty amazing! They kept me aware on everything that was happening throughout negotiations and even signed me up for gap insurance when I had forgotten to mention it, that right there tells me they PAY ATTENTION!!!! Not only that, but they were extremely straightforward with me which is a key factor in my decision making. The sales men and owner Sammy and Jessie were very personal, friendly, caring and made buying a suv fun, enjoyable and not pushed into anything we didn’t want. They answered anything we wanted to know about the vehicle and replaced anything that was needed when buying it. They made sure the suv was clean and met our expectations. Again the personal touch was amazing and the care they gave to us as customers was outstanding.
