The entire staff was friendly and not pushy/aggressive to sell you something you don’t want. Theo was awesome to work with. Straightforward, upfront, and none of those “tactics” you encounter at other dealerships. It took about 6 weeks for my vehicle to come in and what was agreed to 5 weeks prior (including trade in value) stayed as agreed upon. Can’t say enough about Theo and his friendly demeanor. He listened to what I wanted in an RX and didn’t try to sway me or sell me anything more than what I wanted. Kaleb in the business office (closer) was organized and said the whole process would take 7 minutes. Again, no aggressive tactics to sell additional warranties or anything. He showed us what was available and we politely declined and boom, onto the next form to sign. We were done in the 7 minutes Kaleb projected. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here and go through Theo.

Customer Service ~ Exemplified!! We were incredibly impressed with our recent windshield replacement service at Lexus of Superstition Springs. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. After purchasing a beautiful Lexus TX 350 from Lexus of Superstition Springs less than 2 weeks prior, we had the unfortunate experience of a rock impacting our windshield requiring an immediate windshield replacement. We drove our TX 350 directly to the Lexus dealer and Sales manager, Karl Shoneman took the lead from that point. He arranged a 3-way call between the windshield replacement company, our insurance company & my wife & I. That whole process took less than 15 minutes! Nothing else for us to do ~ but allow Lexus of Superstition Springs to go to work. Even more impressive ~ because the windshield had to be brought in the following day ~ Karl arranged for a complimentary Lexus loaner vehicle over the next 2 days. All work was accomplished on site, including the very important re-calibration. Now, 2 days after picking up our vehicle ~ everything works perfectly ~ as though the unfortunate event never happened. Overall, a first rate experience. We are so thankful we chose Lexus of Superstition Springs for our vehicle purchase. After our wonderful customer service experience ~ we have no doubt we made the right choice.

He sent a super friendly tech right away to jump the battery, and the tech then followed us back to the dealer where diagnostics were performed quickly. First of all, I would like to say that I’ve been a member of the Toyota family for 25 years. I just purchased a 2025 Lexus at this dealership. After one month of ownership, I brought my Lexus into the dealership in order to have a clear protective bra placed on the front bumper and the mirrors. I had to devote six hours of my own time driving back-and-forth to the dealership. After 5 attempts, they failed to complete the job correctly. The film was peeling back on my mirrors In addition, when I picked up my car after the 5th attempt, there were deep scratches on the paint surrounding my mirror. Hence, the dealership also damaged my car. When I picked up the car on the 5th attempt the sales manager Karl informed me that Lexus will never be able to make me happy. In my opinion. he was also using intimidation tactics so that I would accept the poor work and not point out any further problems in the future. The situation is that I paid over $700 to have the film placed on the mirrors and bumper which was not done properly. I also have deep scratches on my mirror, which will need repainted. As a beloved Lexus owner, I will not allow this dealership to touch your car when it comes to bodywork. I also found the professionalism to be based on fear and intimidation. As a Christian, I should have known better than to do business at a dealership, which has the word “superstitious” in its title. I will be taking my Lexus to another dealership for my service needs and also when I purchased another Lexus in the future.

I just met the most authentic sales team I have met in my travels right here in Superstition Springs AZ. I had just had a sales representative at another dealer in Scottsdale sell a vehicle out from under me by going back on a written promise. I checked with the dealership in Superstition Springs. This dealership got me into the same vehicle I lost out on, 4 days after the other sales group cut my legs out from under me. During the whole processes the dealership in Superstition knew nothing about the previous situation. This dealership did not have all the bells and whistle of the first dealership showroom I went too. The bells and whistles at this dealership were their people at the Superstition. I am an old country boy who got lucky in life and what I found out is that good people always beat out glitz and glamor of a pretty show room. Superstition is a winner dealership. Even though it is an extra 1/2 hour from my current dealership, they won my business. If your looking for a Lexus, I would say, drive an extra mile or two and get to know what real services is like.
