First, my wife and I will not purchase a vehicle from anyplace else. More specifically; work with anyone other than Craig Florkowski. He makes the usual tedious process, so easy. This is my 3rd truck that I have obtained through west herr and specifically, Craig. Tons of industry knowledge and very transparent especially with this being my first truck that I decided to purchase to own, rather than lease. Cannot say enough positive things about him and my experience with West Herr.

This dealership service area is the best! Brian and his co-worker Joe(?) helped me so much. Some places take advantage of the elderly but not these people. They corrected a small problem with my brakes as well as inspected my van within a little over an hour and I was on my way. I recommend West Herr Dodge Service People to everyone. Love you guys!!
