I brought my car in to have the back-up camera looked at.

I brought my car in to have the back-up camera looked at. The service tech asked if it was okay to run diagnostics to assess the problem. I agreed to the diagnostics but was NEVER informed that I would be charged $189 plus tax for the diagnostics.

Ally customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. Trying to discuss a vehicle worth thousands of dollars. Obviously off shore call center that I could barely understand . Your offer to finance at 7.19 % ? No thank you when Ford Credit Union was at 4.94 % for 60 months Not even competitive… Telling a longtime customer that it’s the end of the month and you are really busy to accommodate their request does not make me ever want to purchase another vehicle from West Herr again . Have previously only ever received exceptional customer service at this dealership with salesman such as Zach Zufato and Phil Gonser . Shout out to Mackenzie and Nicole for making a not so great experience better ! Have used your service department also for years with exceptional service . Made appointment for oil change and inspection this month for said vehicle .
