Great purchase horrible customer service

They honestly are horrible salesmen, they don't care about your time and effort, they are rude. Drove an hour and Mitch who was working with me couldn't take ten minutes to come complete a sale. I bought a nice truck, other than that the salesmen in the truck department are horrible to work with, first time I ever bought a truck and they didn't have the curtisoy to fill it up or even clean it. I made the purchase because it was a good deal. The guy doesn't shake your hand look in the eye or nothing, my purchase was only made because it seemed like a good deal on a good truck but we will find out.

Dealer response

Hello Dan, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the sales experience. We pride ourselves in a low pressure, no hassle experience for our customers. Plus, Mitchell is one of the most personable and friendly individuals you could meet. I am very surprised to hear this about him. Please call me, I would really like to talk to you about this so we can address your concerns. Thank you for your business! Tim Engle Sales Manager PleasureLand Truck Center 320-251-7588

Great deal and honest sales people.

Bought a Truck from Mike Gerdes. This was the only time I have ever walked away from buying a vehicle and actually enjoyed the process. Thanks Mike!

Great place to buy a vehicle!

Easy to work with, honest, and followed through on what they said they would do. My last and my next vehicle purchase will be from PleasureLand! Highly recommended!!

Very pleased thus far with my purchase

My son found a vehicle I desired on Cars.com. Pleasureland fit my schedule and answered my questions. They allowed me to drive the vehicle unattended. I found Mitchel, Tyler, and Tom to be engaging, and non-aggressive in their sales approach. We worked out a fair deal. The vehicle has a 1,000 mile warranty, and to date, anything wrong is not their fault. It is a older, high end 4x4 truck with very low miles. Another dealer who is familiar with Pleasureland, and the vehicle, stated that I had bought the vehicle "right".

Have it looked over first, direct liers.

Bought a truck from them which they stated was mechanically perfect and had great new tires. Made it fifty miles and the air went out, 100 miles the check engine light came on (needs two coverters to the tune of about $1200) Rear tires were bald and fronts were chewed from gravel. Truck was missing parts including but not limited to the RT front door speaker and the trim for the tailgate. It's ok though they included the bolts for the rear trim :) Also truck had "one" dent, it had a scrape along both drivers doors and had been painted before. You can tell from the paint line accross the roof. Yes directly from RT to LT they ran tape rather then painting the whole roof. Dome lights don't work, no floor mats and the four wheel drive doesn't like to engage. but again, it's ok it's "perfect" When any of this was brought up i was told it left perfect and must of all happened in the 3 hr trip home. Complete liers that will tell you what you want to her and have no since of accountability. Complete junk.

Dean was a great person to deal with. He gave us a good price for our trade in, and he help with an issues with a DVD player that did not work. The DVD we found out was not a factory DVD playerthe previous owner installed it. Dean found a way for me to replace it at Pleasurlands cost.

A great experience

I recently bought a Nissan Quest from Dean Lanes at this dealership. He was polite understanding and willing to work with me and my crazy insane schedule. When I heard an unusual noise during my test drive they brought the vehicle to a repair shop to have it checked out (they also had it fixed before I bought it). I would recommend this dealership to my friends!

Awful--don't waste your time

Pleasureland is the worst dealership I've ever shopped at. Don't waste your time driving to their store, even if you live in St Cloud. They didn't tell me the truth about the vehicle until I showed up and then wouldn't fix the necessary problems--actually told me they didn't want me as a customer--how rude!!!!!!

An excellent buying experience!!

I made contact with Greg Johnson @ Pleasureland on a GMC pickup advertised both on cars.com and on their dealer website. Based on Greg's excellent and very professional service, answering all my questions honestly and forthrightly, I made the decision to travel 1600+ miles (each way) to make my purchase. I have to say that it was well worth the effort!! I can't say enough good things about Greg, and the quality and service of Pleasureland! If you're looking at one of their advertised vehicles, you won't have to worry about the honesty and integrity of this dealership. I can't thank you enough, Greg!

Price was right and adminstrative people were fine. ...

Price was right and adminstrative people were fine. Sales team was deceptive and said just about anything to get the deal down the road. They knew about flaws but did not point them out because it was used and stated its not there job. Make sure you spend lots of time looking everything over 10 times... They will NOT be there after the sale.
