Great service one small problem they did not put valve stem caps back on after service

Truck needed 15,000 mile check-up and servicing. All service was accomplished is a very short time and in a very professional manner. For the most part,I found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. I worked for Ford Dealerships for 22 years and the employees were never as friendly... as your people. I worked as a parts as a counter man, then as an outside salesman and assistant parts manager, I was the first parts manager for one of Atlanta's top dealers and parts and service manager for one of the largest Lincoln Mercury dealer. From there i went to service advisor and eventually went back to my roots selling parts. In all this I never worked with anyone with total customer service as Bellamy - Strickland. Keep up the good work.

I took my Enclave into the dealership today. I was told by the service rep that I needed a cabin air filter. She showed me this very small filter and I... agreed that it was dirty and approved replacement. When paying my bill I was charged almost $65 for replacement. $45 for the part and $20 for labor. Had I not approved replacement I would not have been charged anything and they would have to had put the old filter back in with no labor. My fault I should have asked price. Also when I used to take my car to Jiffylube they vaccumed it, not so here.
