    Spoke with salesman on the phone multiple times in the 2 weeks prior to driving over from Alabama. Got an estimate on my trade from their website, and... salesman assured me it would still be good when I got there. We discussed price several times and he assured me the internet price was still valid. After a 4 hour drive, we arrived to find that the car had $1800 worth of dealer add ons that were actually worth about $600 total. Went on a test drive for about 30 minutes, got back and then they wanted to make us wait around while they worked up a deal...that should’ve been done while we were gone. After threatening to leave, they finally gave me their trade offer...it was $3700 below the website...b/c “That’s just an estimate.” Walked out, and they ran outside with a finalized buy order....it was a price I could live with. My wife took a picture of it with her phone. Salesman takes paperwork away, and comes back with a buy order that is $1100 higher. Said he hadn’t switched anything....then my wife called him out on it by showing the picture to him. Finally said it was the taxes that they were required to charge. But I’m an Alabama resident, and my trade in vehicle was worth more than the one I wanted to buy, so there should have been $0 in taxes. We left immediately when they wouldn’t fix it. An hour later Fred (manager) Calle me and apologized and told me that there had been some mistakes made. He offered me his “best price” which was different from either of the 2 buy sheets we had already seen. I told him thanks, but no thanks. Three different figures in less than an hour....I’ll pass. Wasted 2 1/2 hours at this place!!! Went to another dealer on Sunday, and bought the same car for less. In and out in about 2 hours.

    I did some research on specific cars I could afford and called ahead. I told them what I wanted, price range, and monthly payments I could afford. Corey... told me to come in and he would work wth me on financing. When I arrived, Corey told me thhat he had a hybrid I might like, and I told him no. I test drove one car, liked it, applied for financing, and then I was told that they couldnt finance it. He again suggested the hybrid. I test drove another, applied for credit, and again I was told no. Then the "finance manager" came out and told me that there was only ONE USED CAR ON THE ENTIRE LOT that they would work with me on financng. Guess which it was? If you guessed the hybrid that Corey was trying to unload, you guessed right. Do not bother with this place!! I spent TWO HOURS up there and they just kept stringing me along trying to dump their crap cars on me. So guess what? I still don't have a car, but now that i have some money for a down payment, guess who I will not be calling?? These liars!

    Mall of GA Honda was HIGHLY recommended to us when looking for a new/used vehicle. Our salesman was Jim Natili. He was suberb, excellent & very very helpful.... He communicated w/ us all through our searching, our questions and helping us in finalizing our purchase. He new exactly what we wanted and he worked on our "case" until he found what he knew we would LOVE for our final decision on the right vehicle for us. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend MGHonda!!! And, most definitely HIGHLY recommend Jim Natili!!!! Do yourself a favor, make purchasing your next vehicle a Honda at The Mall of GA Honda w/ Jim assisting you. ¿

    I never thought I'd be taking time out of my day to learn how to write a bad review. Bad service is kind of expected and accepted in our society... so until I dealt with Honda Mall of Georgia and American Honda I never really understood how a company could do you oh so wrong that you had to tell the world. But the experience I have had over the past year and a half with Honda has really opened my eyes to why the fact is that sometimes there is something so unjust about bad service that it just has to be said to caution as many people as want to know. Honda has wasted so much of my time I am going to spend the next bit of time to express it. Alright so... Honda has cost me hundreds of dollars in time spent due to their lack accountability for a product that is supposed to be their brand. American Honda's responsibility level for dealerships that represent their name is shameful. If you sell a Car at a reputable dealership that specializes in a "trustworthy" car and charge extra to stamp it "Certified" then you should honor a product that at the least has as battery with more than 3 weeks life in it, the headlights can stay on, the interior lights can work at the same time as the heater and it can drive straight. Nope not the alignment but thank you for making me come to your facility 5 times and spend hours on the phone before telling me "too bad". Honda Mall of GA has actually yelled at me, lied to me and then tried to sell me another car in the same conversation as telling me that because they had drug my concern out a year, too much time had lapsed for them to help me. So who certifies the vehicles? Doesn't matter because there is no accountability there at all. Try calling American if you want to have bad day. 4 out of 5 people I spoke to made the top 5 rudest customer services I have ever had list. If you want a video of my newly purchased certified car driving off the road because it doesn't drive stright lemme know. This is what Honda calls safe.

    Just want to warn anyone shopping for a used car to avoid Honda Mall of Georgia at all costs! We bought a used car from these people for $6000 and it... didn't even last a month before overheating to the point it blew a head gasket and needs a new engine. Their solution was to offer $2000 trade in value on the car and tell me it was my fault for trusting in buying a used car from them. So if you're looking to rent a car for a month for $6000, look no further! Feel free to contact me in regards to my review, I am happy to provide receipt of purchase for the car, date stamped videos of the car having issues within a week, receipts for the $500 radiator, hose and thermostat replacement that we had done to try to salvage it and now, lucky us, we will soon have receipts to show for the $1400 head gasket and $1200 engine replacement. Feel free to talk to Brad Bryant if you are looking for someone to sell a junk car to though, he told me himself that he wouldn't be upset if someone did this to his family. Kept saying if problems had arisen in the first 30 days they would have done something but when I offered proof that issues HAD begun before then, changed his story. So, in short, you'd have equal odds buying a car off the side of the road and from Honda Mall of Georgia, but at least off the side of the road you'll save some money!

    I was on the lot for 20 minutes. No one greeted me. Front lot and back lot. Went inside to ask for a salesperson. No one had an interest to sell a car

    I have had an extremely disappointing experience in dealing with the dealership. From the start they made me come multiple times to finalize the deal... on the car. They kept changing the lease offer every time they called me to the dealership. Whenever I got the call from them to come to the dealership I used to confirm the lease payment offer before I leave as the dealership was 35 miles away from my home and still when I reached there they would come up with new numbers. One instance they called me and said everything was final… your lease is approved and you can come and pickup the car today. When I reached there ..they said we cannot give me you the car today … we have conditional approval . I travelled 70 miles up and down in Uber for nothing.( They could have communicated that on phone) After the whole process was over and when I finally got the car after few days I found out that they gave me the wrong car (different VIN than what they did the paper work on). I was asked to come back and return the car and take another one. I thought this would be the last but It didn’t get over .. I didn’t receive my number plate. When I called “Craig Holland” (General Manager) for assistance he assured everything was done from the dealership and it would be good idea to see the tag office. When I went to the tag office I found out the dealership forgot to put my apartment number on the address. And when I sent an email again to Honda Mall of Georgia nobody bothered to even response. The dealership has made the car buying experience a nightmare for me.
