OUT of this world customer service!

OUT of this world customer service!! The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Made a oil change appointment 3 days in advance for a synthetic oil change. I get to appointment 30 minutes early and 2 hours later haven’t touched the car. Was told appointment just assures me of getting car serviced that day. I read other reviews said here and they must be hallucinating because this is the worst experience at a car dealership in my 68 years. Don’t go to them.

Why make a appointment your time doesn’t matter to

Horrible dealer, made a service appointment 3 days in advance for 8:45 for a oil change, at 10:00 find out car wasn’t taken yet. When I questioned them why did I make a appointment for 8:45, they said so my car will be serviced today. I have never been treated this way and will never see me at Buford mall of Georgia again.

Bad Experience

I was there to purchase a used vehicle. I went twice and found out this vehicle was involved in an accident, some reason it’s not in the Carfax report. Sales person was nice , but the sales manager was horrible. I will not go back to this dealership or recommend.

My husband and i was looking at a 2020 accord ex-L.

My husband and i was looking at a 2020 accord ex-L. The sale rep Ramish was great but the used car sales manager Michael was HORRIBLE. He did not want to negotiate and when we tried to negotiate he told us he didn’t want to make a deal with us and that he only did it to help his sales rep. He said they dont negotiate anymore. He was arrogant and rude. We walked out and decided to buy from Gwinnett Place Honda! Mgmt did not care that we left. We have excellent credit and we were putting down 50% down and we were treated like crap. We will never go back! Go to Gwinnett Place Honda. They know how to treat there customers! Samantha Black

Hassle free car buying experience w/Chandler Brown

My husband and I purchased a Honda Civic at the Honda Mall of Georgia and It was a very nice hassle free experience. Our Sales Rep. Chandler Brown was so helpful and wonderful. If I know anyone is looking to buy a car I will make sure they ask for Chandler Jones. Everbody from the Manager to the financial Advisor was great.
