I called this dealership with genuine interest in a high-end vehicle and was immediately put off by the owner’s rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked for basic documentation—such as service records, prior ownership history, and maintenance details—I was questioned as to why I needed them. These are standard requests for any informed buyer considering a six-figure investment, not unreasonable demands. After the call, I did some research and found that my experience wasn’t an outlier. Multiple reviews across platforms—including FerrariChat—highlight similar behavior: poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a general sense that the owner is burned out and disinterested in providing a professional experience. By comparison, I spoke with two other Arizona-based luxury car sellers who were responsive, respectful, and eager to provide documentation without hesitation. The contrast was stark. Bottom line: If you’re a serious buyer looking for a dealership that respects your intelligence and treats you like a valued client, there are far better options. This outlet doesn’t meet the standard that comes with the territory of selling luxury vehicles.

I simply asked via the web about a beautiful vehicle. John Miraglia returned my inquiry very quickly and suggested my making an appointment to come see the car. I decided that the price given was beyond what I wanted to spend and thanked the representative. I think the communication was reasonable and fair. All good in my estimation.

The car I purchased ( Ferrari ) was everything John said it was. After picking up the car a service light went on and they had me take it to the dealer got it fixed and Scottsdale Sport paid the bill ! Honest folks !!!

have purchased many cars over the years sight unseen and never had the service I received from Scottsdale Motor Cars. Even when an issue arrises they take care of it immediately. Jim Miraglia , the principal at Scottsdale was a pleasure to work with and I ended up buying a beautiful silver Land Rover with light interior. A Land rover was the last thing on my mind but when I saw the car it was an immediate "love at first sight". He was a pleasure to work with.
