My father wanted to see the options in trading his vehicle and leasing a new vehicle. We were introduced with Mr. Kenny La that took our case. Initially, we were offered a deal that my father could not afford. During the discussion, Mr. Kenny was being rude and unprofessional. He stated "common you really not going to take this deal because of few dollars? what is wrong with you?" nonetheless, my father got a deal that he could afford. we waited approximately 3 hours in completion of this process. My father wanted to take the car to drive test which went well. After the test, we were confronted by Mr. Kenny in a very unprofessional and rude manner once again stating the deal is no longer valid because of the mileage. I asked for a supervisor so I could understand the situation better, but was ignored by Mr. Kenny. My father has been a customer of Hondah for the past 13 years and has bought 3 Honda vehicles from the Pasadena center and have never been in such a unprofessional encounter.

We were trying to buy a car from this dealership but they
We were trying to buy a car from this dealership but they did not seem interested. We were referred there by Costco. They reached out in a timely manner. I had informed the sales rep Brandon of an available time and he asked if I could come in another day because he was off. I came in on that agreed upon day and he was not even in. His manager Mike had also confirmed by text that I had an appt with Brandon. Someone else ended up helping us who was nice but did not seem to know anything about the car we were interested in. I emailed a couple of weeks later and no one responded. I reached out by text to the manager and while he was responsive, had Brandon follow up with me. I informed them that I was ready to purchase a car that evening and he said that he and Mike the manager were off that day and asked if I could come in the next day. Needless to say we found another dealership that was able to sell us a car that evening without any run arounds.

Best service and sales at Honda of Pasadena. Have gone back 4 times for 4 cars and highly recommend it. Mike the manager and Jose at sales are very helpful and informative.

Car in for service 11/2/23.
Car in for service 11/2/23.Only 1 area of dissatisfaction.Multipoint inspection showed brake fluid should be changed.Was there for almost 2 hrs but not told until paying and ready to leave.should have told me while waiting and it could have been done. now I have to go back again to have this done. Not happy.

It is possible that they might be underpaid, leading to a lack of motivation within the service department. I noticed only a limited number of technicians , which could have contributed to my disappointment .today. I was being asked to leave my car over the weekend without any rental option or upfront information during the appointment scheduling process.with Amber, who sounded to be quite self-important and was visibly annoyed when I inquired about the estimated arrival time for the required part . Ultimately, I believe the management bears responsibility for the unsatisfactory experience."

I have to let people know that I enjoy going to this
I have to let people know that I enjoy going to this dealership. As long as my service advisor Josh is working. He has proven to be very efficient. Also honest, and truthful. I went by earlier this week and I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I thought it was something very serious, which most dealerships or even mechanics would have said it was something serious and he was honest and told me it was something simple. He took care of it, and I was on my way. Let’s hope they keep more service advisor like Josh around.

Incompetent service writers/mechanics
3rd car purchased here. Had regular scheduled oil change done on wifes 2016 CRV. One Week later service engine light came on and weird rattle noise on hills. Take it back to dealer open hood and look at that, No oil on the dip stick, plastic panels detached, brake fluid cap off. Then the service writer made my day with the following. "We don't have a record of the vehicle being serviced." I gave him our old totaled cars plate number and he finds the work order there. They had it under another vehicles info again! xxx. Then.. He implied that we sabatoged it ourselves or maybe someone somewhere did. Huh? What? Excuse me? I said Nope the car is under 24hr surveillance not a chance. I said "there is no oil on the stick" Then he says "well, Hondas burn oil" I replied "That much oil is not within spec" I paid for a service that wasn't done and instead of addressing the issue you make accusations and trash the brand. Then finally he says "I will have it serviced immediately... even if I have to do it myself" Drives off and 10minutes later come back and states. "I topped it off with oil for you." I ask him "So was the oil changed and the oil filter changed? "Uhhh well no. " he replies "Can you look it up to see if the filter was changed originally and not just assume?" No I don't have that info. I paid for a service. I was given my vehicle back with pieces not being put back together no oil on the stick and any work may or may not have been done at all. What is it you are not understanding? He say"So.... do you want your oil changed then?" I answer Yes I do Finally comes back and say its all ready to go new oil change and filter. The whole ordeal blew my mind. What would have happened if my wife was alone without me to stop him from walking all over her? The incompetent service writer still works there. Not hard to figure out which thief he is. I have built bikes, motors, transmission, boats and maintaining vehicles with over 300k miles. I know my stuff.. it is GUT WRENTCHING to think this guy and dealer literally screw people out of hundreds of dollars over and over everyday who are oblivious to the mechanics of their vehicles. And to be treated as if I'm dishonest and that my concerns have no merit crossed a line. Honda dealer: Failed to write a correct service order Failed to finish oil change Failed to reassemble plastics Blames the honda brands engineering Accuses customer of malfeasance The damage from utter incompetence far exceeds that of any oil or filter.

They did not disappoint
like so many dealers you can e mail , I ask after idk 50 deals what the price for a cr v sport and hearing all the sale pitches and get no answers , Kenny at Pasadena honda reached out , told him im looking for numbers on a crv sport expecting the same thing, can you come in or whatever, but NO he in fact strait up gave me numbers , I told him didn't want to waste his nor my time , and gave him the numbers I wanted to pay ( fast forward a few hours) im now a life time customer

Poor Service
Mr. Vince Tran (service) told me that they needed to keep the car for about 3 days to trouble shoot a short that was causing the airbag indicator light to be on. I told him that I needed the car and that I will bring it back in on Wednesday. He brought my car out me and I left. When I got back into my car later it was dead. After looking a my fuses I found one missing. I took a fuse from the extra bay and plugged it into the empty slot and the car started up and even the airbag light went out. It was the ignition fuse. In order for them to start the car the fuse (ignition) needed to be in. My question is how could they pull the fuse after they started it. Malicious!!! Corporate is next…
