I had another great experience buying a vehicle from Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them (the first was a 2017 Kia Sportage back in 2020) And this time I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Kia, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free. The staff is always great to work with, and they were quick and easy to address and fix a few small issues we noticed with the truck. A big shoutout to Anthony Reutlinger, who worked with me for about a month before I ever stepped foot back on the lot. Since I live about 45 minutes away, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible and minimize unnecessary travel. He consistently sent me options, stayed in touch, and ultimately helped his team find the right truck for exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported through the whole process. Luxury & Imports has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for another vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

I got a call 30minutes before my Friday appointment to
I got a call 30minutes before my Friday appointment to confirm. I show up to the dealership and no one seems to be interested in helping me. The salesman’s who was assigned to me for the day was paying no attention when I arrived. He shows me the vehicle and says it is in service for the day. The technician was not in that day even though they thought he would be. The keys were locked up and only that technician could unlock it. The salesman could not show me the inside of the vehicle. All he said was that the car was in great shape besides spark plugs needing repaired and tires looked new. I brought up that the inspection of the front camber alignment failed on the service report and the last time the tires were replaced was in 2020. Salesman had no clue what I was talking about and completely ignored my comment. “The only thing the inspection caught was the spark plugs.” I told him I had the inspection report on my phone and I needed an updated service history showing the alignment was fixed or going to be fixed and that the tires were replaced. Very unorganized, unprepared and unprofessional salesman. Wasted my time at an appointment that I scheduled without any notice of the vehicle not being ready for showing. I also shouldn’t be the one knowing more information about the vehicle that he is trying to sell me. Although, he didn’t seem very enthusiastic or eager to sell me anything. This was on a Friday and someone else put a deposit down on the vehicle the next day. Terrible experience here and I will never be returning.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This dealership sold me a car with a completely broken engine. DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I bought this vehicle last Thursday at 5 pm, and it was broken by Saturday at 9 am. I had to pay to tow it 45 minutes back to the dealership because they didn’t offer it for me. The car was brought back to the dealership the following Monday at 9:30, as the shop wasn’t open on weekends. I told them on Saturday that I was leaving for Mexico on Wednesday, and absolutely needed to know what was wrong with it by then. They didn’t even bother to take a look at it until Wednesday, and told me that they don’t know exactly what’s wrong, but that it’s bad. I have to keep personally calling for updates because they refuse to reach out to me on their own. I was finally able to speak with a technician on Thursday. I was given an update that my whole engine will have to be taken apart. This dealership willingly sold me a broken car. On top of that the salesman was HORRIBLE. For reference, I am a 21 year old woman who went in to purchase the vehicle with my boyfriend. The salesman did not want to acknowledge me, and only wanted to speak to my boyfriend. I gave the dealership a down payment with a check, and as we were about to go talk to the finance worker, the salesman asked my boyfriend if he would be the primary driver. No where was it indicated that he was purchasing the car. I set up the test drive, I drove it, and I said multiple times I was the one purchasing it. I am beyond disappointed. I waited over a year to find a VERY specific car, and now I’m left with no vehicle at all for an unspecified amount of time. If you’re a woman, don’t even bother coming here. If you don’t want to spend your time going over legal options, don’t purchase a car here. If you want to buy a BROKEN CAR, this is the perfect dealership for you!!!! This was the first car I ever purchased, and this dealership has now made my life extremely difficult. I literally can’t stress enough how you should never even LOOK at a car listed online at this dealership, let alone going inside for a test drive. The only good experience was the finance worker, he was the only one who treated me with respect. However, one kind worker does not make up for everything this dealership did to me. I understand mistakes are made sometimes, but this is making my life absolutely miserable. Nobody should ever be out of a vehicle after they purchased a new one less than 48 hours prior. UPDATE: This dealership somehow got even WORSE. Luckily the dealership agreed to refund me, and unwind my loan. I reached out to my loan officer. They told me they were STILL waiting on a check from the dealership. This dealership not only sold me a broken car, but delayed me in purchasing another one for a week at this point. I have missed work because I no longer have a way to get there. The thing is, I had a perfectly working car prior to buying the one from this dealership. I was ready for an upgrade, and was looking for a certain make, and model. I waited nine months before I found, what I thought, was the perfect car. I sold my car the following day. The day after that, the car purchased from this dealership broke. It is beyond disappointing to know that you did everything right, and then have an insignificant business like this, make your life xxxx. DO NOT EVER buy a car from here. I have never had a worse experience from a business before in my life. I don't even write reviews like this, and I am an extremely forgiving person. At this point, everything they have done is unacceptable, and NO ONE should have to go through this.

And I don't want to be screwed. No haggle sales. I got that a few years ago from Luxury and Imports. And once again, I received that yesterday on my trade and purchase of a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy SUV with 11 miles. 1st new car ever for us. Thank you AJ. And the front office team. The folks at the dealership were very nice and helpful. I have an issue with paint peeling off of the wheels. We also talked about the noise level of the exhaust. I had the camaro put up on a rack at a local shop in Van Buren AR and found out that mufflers had been cust out and exhaust tip resonators were the only thing left. When I called them back the sales person response was you bought it as is where is even though there is a 1,000m mile warranty. I have contacted the Kansas Dept of Rev. Motor Vehicle division and have paperwork to file complaint.

If I could leave a zero I would. My husband and I bought a high-end truck online as we live in Texas. We started the process more than two weeks ago and were pre-approved. We told them to ship it to us but we would be out of the country beginning November 24th through December 1st. It was delayed because the ball was dropped with no follow-up and then the excuse was they could not get it done before we left. So they said they would have it to us on December 2, 2024. So we were excited except after not hearing anything, I called and guess what, they did not even have a company scheduled for delivery and did not know when it would be. I called my finance company and told them I was canceling and to expect return of the money from the dealership. I called and spoke to a manager who said he will deal with the finance return on their timeline - not mine. Not even an apology for their mistakes. Stay away.
