Best experience buying a new car at a dealership and I have purchased many in my years. I was interested in a car they had on the lot when I arrived the car was out front waiting for me and I was met at the door by Sam. We took a test drive and Sam knew everything about the car no matter what questions I had he had an answer. I was able to deal with Sam during the purchase negotiation. I was not handed off to a slick fast talking closure type person. I prefer to deal with the same person from start to finish and that was deal at Mckenna. They were also very good about following with me a couple of days after and set up a tech walk through of the car. Best people to deal with.

They are simply the best. They treat me like a vip and a family. My next Porsche definitely will be through them.

I purchased a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 from McKenna Porsche. While the buying experience itself was pleasant, the customer service after the sale was extremely disappointing. Almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle, the air conditioning stopped working during temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. McKenna Porsche had supposedly inspected the vehicle before selling it, so it was concerning that such a significant issue appeared right after I drove it off the lot. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the problem, McKenna directed me to Mercedes because I had purchased an extended warranty. Mercedes could not get me in promptly, which left me without a safely usable vehicle for the weekend. After spending this much money on a luxury vehicle, along with nearly $6,000 for an extended service contract, I expected far better support. They also did not even provide a full tank of gas when I purchased the vehicle. That may seem minor, but combined with everything that happened immediately afterward, it reflects the overall lack of care once the sale was completed. A dealership’s true level of customer service is revealed when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with McKenna Porsche was that once the paperwork was signed, I was no longer their concern.

I'd looking for a 718 at many different dealerships, McKenna offered the best deal I could find. I was especially impressed with the trade-in value I received. The staff members were so nice, and the excellent after-care support they provided convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend McKenna Porsche in Norwalk.
