Al Seibold in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with

Al Seibold in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with as was Bob in finance. The interaction here was like a home town experience where the everyone treats you like family. There is a very apparent theme of very high integrity at this dealership. I didn’t even haggle on price as my vehicle (a Toyota Tacoma) was so reasonably priced to begin with and was exactly as described (reasonable advertised pricing is really rare for this vehicle especially and in these times where gauging is the norm from other dealers). And the vehicle was in meticulous condition with a full service performed before putting this vehicle on the lot. I can’t say enough about how good the experience was buying a vehicle here. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle offered at this dealership.

Misleading

I purchased a car here years ago and had a great experience. That salesperson left too. I was mislead in ongoing communication, then after being clear about my lowest price they called me back in to squabble over $500 then after I tried to make the manager aware, I got an email arguing about how great the price was and that things are ‘scientific’ and hard to adapt to now, implying I was a moronic woman. Left me with a very bad feeling
