I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer, Luis was an amazing help during the process, he was kind and patient. William was also a wonderful gentleman who explained everything in detail, and was not bothered by questions. Both were very genuine, kind, professional and overall made my experience a great one.

Absolutely amazing the whole experience! We traded our Hybrid Panamera in for a Cayman S ... best thing we did. We took our Cayman S to the Porsche dealer where Drake took care of a 10,000 mile check over and oil change (we just did not trust the service performed by a non Porsche dealer, it was questionable). Found out that the used Cayman S we purchased was in great shape, it was washed, and Drake ordered a second key for us. Once the key arrived (a few weeks later), Drake set us up with an appointment and programmed second key and we has another wash. The service is impeccable, Drake is my contact person and love dealing with him. Drake is attentive to details, keeps you informed, follows up and is just amazing in doing everything to take care of the customer no matter how difficult the issue (our previous vehicle). Wish I had employees like him. The dealership is in a good location, offered a loaner which we declined and we just waited for the vehicle. Yes, we would recommend the dealership for sales and repairs (When we looked for a Cayman S nothing was available at this dealer to match our wishes.)

Bought many cars in my life. First Porsche and without doubt best buying experience ever. Fair. Polite. No pressure at all. Just had my first service. They picked up my Cayenne, dropped one off and returned it spotless and serviced a few hours later. Definitely give these folks a shot if you are buying a high end automobile.

Porsche Orlando is truly one of a kind and amazing. I just purchased a car with them for the first time. Teddy & Bryan in the Sales department are outstanding. They are incredibly helpful, super accommodating, and truly pleasant to work with. We were laughing and having a great time through the whole process and I appreciated that immensely. William in finance is also amazing. I almost did not go through a big dealership to get my car. I have had sour experiences in the past and honestly had nearly written off going to dealerships. I happened to find the Macan I wanted with just the right package and trim and so I reached out to Porsche Orlando to help me bring it up from down south Florida. Every step of the way was enjoyable, from kicking off the sale with Teddy through text messages, to arriving at the dealership. I'm so grateful for their help and expertise, and I am now club Porsche for life, and wouldn't go anywhere else in the state- Porsche Orlando is top of the line.
