Great service.

Great service. They don’t play the typical games that most dealers play. They also have an amazing service department.

purchased a vehicle with "no accidents, clean carfax "

purchased a vehicle with "no accidents, clean carfax " after the title recorded under my name, it turned out the car had an accident just reported. Fraud or intentional misrepresentation by a dealership is a serious case. It sounds as if the car was in an accident, was repaired, but the carfax was withheld until two months after purchase it's misrepresentation by LEHIGH VALLEY ACURA, that is not what said to me when i cam with updated CarFax mr.Eoin it's incompetent /unprofessional team however the case now with PA state Attorney General #PCP2369004 and PA Dept of State #CP_23_15693 and Acura indpendndant Consumer care , before my lawyer get suffeciant evidance to file a lawsuit i have the right to relay on what you guys told and gave me signed clean CarFax it's misrepresentation Don't buy from this dealership guys

This customer came in for 4 open recalls on his vehicle. HE DID NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE FROM LV ACURA. The fuel pump (24-006) Auto Idel update (23-001) Connecting rod bearing (24-001) And the new Tail light recall After the rod bearing inspection, it was determined that he had failed and needed a new crankshaft. After everything was dropped, the tech saw that both front and rear engine mount tabs were snapped off. Here is what the tech put in his Repair Order notes: "upon removing the engine and transmission from the vehicle, found when removing all accessories and prepping engine to be put on the engine stand, when going to remove both front and rear engine mounts, found that the tab on top of both of the engine mounts is snapped off, not allowing me to bolt up the engine back on the mounts and tighten it as it should be, as where i found the engine resting on top of the mounts without being tightened." After this was brought to the attention of the manager, we got everyone who was involved together, and the customer actually showed up to see what was going on with his vehicle. He would not let anyone talk and try to explain the situation, and just kept saying, "We have to pay for it." Then stormed out and stated he would be calling Acura. After some due diligence, we ran a Carfax report, and the vehicle did have a damage report to the front. Once we got all our information, we got the attention of our shop foreman to see what they made of the whole situation. He assured me the tech did not break the mounts. He stated you can tell the break in the aluminum was an old break and not a fresh one. This is NOT something that occurred at Lehigh Valley Acura, given all the facts that were present, as well as the guidance from shop leaders who are top leaders in their field and the brand of Acura.

i had bad experience today with Lehigh Valley Acura

i had bad experience today with Lehigh Valley Acura service, i dropped my car for services on May 26, today service advisor called me and stating that two engine mount broken , walked inside the shop and found that their mechanic fault recent broke i tooktwo photos of recent broken as evidance and service advisor asking me to charge $2000+ which i decline on spot and informed them this is your fault no way after you took engine apart and off the transmission I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise concern regarding the recent service provided by your LEHIGH VALLEY ACURA dealership, which unfortunately resulted in damage to my vehicle ( 2020 ACURA MDX ) VIN : 5J8YD4H35LL002747 due to what I believe to be negligence/ mechanical fault or a service oversight. My vehicle was driving in good condition and didn’t notice those two engine mounts were broken, upon inspected in your garage with Mr. Mark service advisor those who broke off accidentally by your mechanic in your garage while taking engine down and a part of the vehicle transmission, I took two photos of this mount recently broke
