My first car buying experience with Just Better Cars was so good I bought a second car from them. Each team member was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and most importantly patient. Sometimes as buyers we aren’t always ready to make a decision right away and the sales staff was very understanding of that. This dealership is clean and full of professionals that make you feel very comfortable with your purchase. The finance lady was very knowledgeable about all the different ways to protect my vehicle with plan options that fit within my budget. I was able to leave feeling great about both purchases all while being fully protected with my car warranty! Needless to say I won’t go anywhere else for my car buying needs. Best experience Possible
I had an absolute incredible experience. My guy their bill was so so helpful. I almost felt I was bugging him but not once did he make me feel that way. Any questions I had he called back instantly. I’ve heard numerous bad things about used car dealers. I can say without a shadow of a doubt I had the best experience ever. The car is a dream car and I love it comes with a 3 year 36,000 mike warranty as well. I appreciate them all . The manager Eric personally drove the vehicle to my house about an hour and a half away. Appreciate them all so much thank you team

Lied to my face.
I will start by saying that everyone was very friendly. However I came in with my own financing pre-approval and while attempting to reach a deal on pricing, the sales person had me fill out a form. I realized it was part of an auto loan application and I should not have filled it out. The sales person specifically told me they would NOT run my credit without my permission, which I never gave. On my drive home after we were unable to reach a deal I received a notification of a hard credit inquiry and subsequently received a loan denial letter from another credit union. I confronted just better cars about running my credit without permission and was met with silence. BUYER BEWARE, I personally would not do business with people who conduct themselves in this manner.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! My brother bought a truck here, the truck had an after market lift put on it. Truck looked super clean, low mileage, priced well. Thought he got a great deal. Initial interactions were great, minus being very pushy about the extended warranty. The day after the truck is purchased the transmission starts shifting weird, truck is lagging, all of that. They send my brother to AMCO to have it looked at and they basically tell him the lift is destroying the transmission and he needs a new transmission and regear which will not be covered by warranty since it's after market. This would cost almost 10k. They start giving us the run around saying that guy didn't know anything, let's send it to Chevy, let our guy look at it. The most the offered to do was reprogram the computer and sell him an extended warranty that wouldn't cover anything. We decided to take advantage of the love it or trade it (the only saving grace this place offers) and the whole encounter they were rude and treated us like a burden, and tried to inflate the price of the trade in every way possible. After much arguing, hassle, and stress, we're okay with the outcome even though my brother ended up being a truck with higher mileage. Would not recommend this place at all. The vehicles look nice, but seems to be a crapshoot if you're going to actually get a good deal.

I would also like to see what else we may be able to do to rectify the poor service your brother received. I did receive a call from Hailea your brother’s girlfriend from my response to her review on Google. She shared her experience when he came in to exchange the truck. I am reaching out to AMMCO to find out more about their diagnosis firsthand. I can assure you my stance if they advised the lift was destroying the transmission would be that I am not interested in selling the truck. I can also say as second opinion can sometimes be needed, but to say that one person doesn’t know what they are talking about it not how I have my employees approach a situation like this. I believe we extended the time on the Love it or Leave it Guarantee for your brother from 3 days to 15 days, hopefully with some of the inconveniences that may have helped some. I am following up with my staff and making sure we don’t error in the same manner as we did with your brother. I am going to not re sell the truck, as a precautionary measure, This will ensure no one else has a similar experience with this vehicle. Please be assured I will personally follow up with AMMCO and my employees even if I don't hear from you. Kristen, please accept my sincerest apologies again for the situation, frustration and time your brother had to endure with the truck he purchased.
