Bad customer service!

I purchased an 2019 Chevy LTZ Texas edition 4wd truck. When we recieved the truck it was making a sound under the front end. I had it checked out a part in the front end was upside down bolts was left out of the shocks. The spare and jack was missing, all the floor mats was missing and one of the remotes was damaged. the issues ruined the two front tires. and i can't get a response back from the dealer.

The worst experience I've ever had with any dealership.

The worst experience I've ever had with any dealership. I was sold a vehicle with a broken visor, dents in the front bumper dents in the back bumper a service light on on the dashboard and a major oil leak that was not seen because the engine was cleaned and the oil was just changed. I was aware of the visor in the bumper and was told and signed a paper that it would be fixed immediately within the next couple of days. . When I got the vehicle home I had checked the oil again cause when test drove it the engine was clean and the oil was fine. I had kind of smelled oil burning when I got home with the vehicle so I checked it again. The oil was low and a maintenance oil light came on and a new light came on my dash. I called the next day after and ask why the oil maintenance light was on and if my oil was changed and I was told by the finance manager that it was changed they probably forgot to take the maintenance service light off and so then I asked why is there a maintenance light on my dashboard with an A and a circle and a s! On it and that is to start the vehicle when you stop and start it again and he said it was completely normal because of the temperature of the vehicle and that's why it was probably on there. Now and my dad has a brand new pickup with that same service of your vehicle turning off when you stop at stop sign or a red light and comes back on and I guess they really think that people are really stupid when it comes to vehicles because he really thought that I was going to believe that and think it was okay for that light to be on there well it's been cold and it's been hot and it's been medium temperature ever since I bought the vehicle and not one time has that light gone off or has my vehicle stopped or turned off one time . It's been 3 weeks now and I'm not received a phone call to fix the things that were promised to me after me calling every single day to see if my vehicle can be fixed I even drove up there a week ago to drop the vehicle off and I was told they didn't know anything about my car being serviced or that it needed to be serviced and that they could not give me a loaner because they did not have one at the time that they would call me . It's been a week and a half and I still have not received a phone call until today . So that's when I asked them if they change the oil in the vehicle and I was told yes on the 29th of September so I go outside and check my oil and there is barely enough oil that you can barely see it on the end of a dipstick. So that tells me I have a major major oil leak or I'm going to have to start putting the oil in every 2 weeks or I will burn my engine up. After being told they don't have a loaner if I bring my vehicle in tomorrow later I go out and check the oil and the oil is barely touching the stick so therefore there is a major oil leak and I guess I'm going to have to add oil to the vehicle every two weeks or I'll burn the engine up. Now you can't tell me that the mechanic did not see oil on the engine before they wash the engine and change the oil. So I'm sure they're aware that there was an oil leak because anybody could tell if you look at the engine and there's oil on the engine like I saw after I looked at it there's an oil leak somewhere. If you tell me that the mechanic did not know that there was a oil leak then they need to get a new mechanic because I'm a girl and I know that there was an oil leak. If you pay $40,000 for a vehicle you should or you would think that you would have nothing wrong with it not one scratch what not one thing nothing wrong with it at all especially an oily. I bought Alexis in 2015 for 11,000 and still have it to this day with $280,000 miles on it and never have I had an oil leak on that vehicle. I contacted my bank today and stopped payments on the $14,000 down payment that I put down. Oh and my salesperson's Tyler blocked me

Great experience with Ali.

Great experience with Ali. He walked me through all of the features and made sure I was well informed. I never felt like I was being "worked" like some dealerships do. I would recommend this dealership for sure!

Ali was the best very personable! During the process we were undecided between two vehicles he allowed us to view both and compare them. He asked what he could do to help put us in the vehicle we loved. After Ali ensured that we were happy with the vehicle that we purchased.
