Excellent overall experience! I had been searching for a used Subaru Baja for many months. I found one 5 hours away at Mancini motors. They were able to assist me from a long distance, communicated extremely well and sent videos of my 'new' Baja. I couldn't be happier. Drove the truck back to Upstate NY with 0 concerns and 0 issues. Drove 30 miles to look at a used truck at Mancini's, met Randy who was very informative and knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Checked out and test drove the truck and made a good deal with Randy. Never before had I bought a used vehicle where a state inspection (with any required repairs were made) and an emissions test was performed with the purchase of the vehicle. As I waited for the repairs to be made they took me to a diner for breakfast and picked me up when I was done!!! Great people, 1st class operation. Thanks Mancini

After being scammed twice when purchasing a car after mine was totaled, I finally found Mancini Motors. I would recommend this small dealership to everyone. From the choices to the prices they are top of the line. Randy the salesman worked very hard to get the financing I needed and Jaime the owner made sure that I got a good reliable car. They even re-painted the car because they didn't like the way it looked. The exhaust system cracked after only having the car for a little over a week (which they would not have known would happen) and they completely replaced it at no charge to me. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy is all I can say about everyone associated with this dealership. I would highly recommend Mancini Motors for a good used car.

I hate the anxiety of buying a used car, but Randy made the experience pretty painless. We ended up at Mancini because they had a ton of really positive reviews. The car we liked was in good shape and we felt it was very fairly priced compared to similar models we'd seen elsewhere. The warranty the car came with also was better than that of other dealers who offered only a powertrain warranty. That gave us some peace of mind. It's been a couple of weeks since our purchase and we're enjoying our new car!

We drove from Lancaster to Norristown to look at a car that my daughter was interested in. It was well worth the trip as the Mancini's treated us very well. No pressure. Just straight answers and what has turned out to be accurate information on the car. We got an extremely clean and in very good condition 2006 model at a reasonable price. Dealing with most car dealers is an unpleasant, nerve-wracking experience, but working with the Mancini's was actually enjoyable. I would go back if they had something that I was looking for in the future.
