Called Dealership to make appointment to see a vehicle. Made the appointment, Provided contact information. Arrived two hours later was told the car had been sold. Sales staff appeared to be in early twenties person who I spoke with appointment would not make eye contact.

A bait and switch dealer. They have been advertising the same 2022 Ford Expedition Max Limited since December of 2024. I phoned them. They say it is sold, and try to sell you something else. I drove there. It does not exist!

The absolute worst dealership I have ever purchased from! I totaled a car which warranted the refund of a $3500 warranty, needless to say I'm on the hook for whats owed on the car when clearly I had enough in the warranty to pay the car off! No communication whatsoever, they will call you 10 times a day to get you in a car but wont answer your calls or call you back for anything else! This place should be shut down!

my salesman, Amar, completely lied. Told me they would change the oil replace the oil pan and the filter which upon inspection found out nothing was done and they used the same one time used drain plug twice all this place cares about is getting their next car off wouldn’t recommend.
