We have been customers of this dealership for the past 8 years and enjoyed good service. This past service was not to previous standard, I was bounced around being sent to the parts department to check on a part that was in a recall notice, when I asked the advisor about the recall that was not corrected in the previous service he could not find it (although we had received a letter) we finally gave up and left. Not the best experience.

Super professional from start to finish. I was contacted...

Super professional from start to finish. I was contacted to make the appointment, then I was contacted again to confirm. I was treated warmly when I arrived, and pampered while I waited. The mechanics addressed all the maintenance issues and removed a nail from one of my tires I wasn’t even aware of. The folks at Weston Nissan are the very best!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Disappointed

No attention to detail on oil change. Last 2 I got didn't top off fluids. Also said they rotated tires and they didn't. Also didn't reset maintenance reminder which keeps popping up very annoying and I didn't get new sticker that says when I'm due back. I had to check oil myself to see if they changed it. If I can't trust your work I won't be returning.

I always service my Volvo at Weston Volvo. Luis Gonzales...

I always service my Volvo at Weston Volvo. Luis Gonzales is my service advisor. I made my appointment for a Monday morning at 8:30am. I also reserved a loaner vehicle. My car was due for a 80,000 mile service and I had a radiator hose leaking coolant. I also had a recall. The service department is top notch and worth every penny. I can always count on Luis to ensure that the mechanics are looking thoroughly at my vehicle. The repairs are warranty for a year and some are for the lifetime of the auto. If it is a major repair Luis will call my extended warranty company to check if I am covered. I would never consider using any other mechanic's but Weston Volvo.
