    The reason I bought my vehicle in for service at Ed Voyles is Al McGowan... I followed him here from Nalley Acura. I trust Ed, when it comes to his customers,... he makes double sure that you get the service that you pay for, his integrity is what is important to me.

    Recently moved from NY, Leased Acura 2018 TLX, my third lease from Acura, was excited to pic up car on Monday night after a long day. When we arrived... no issues moved personal item from old to new car everything was great until i arrived home. As soon as i got out of the car i realized the Antenna was not properly flush with the rooftop and realized there was a dent behind the antenna. Clearly someone was careless and allowed something to drop on antenna which cause a scratch/dent and loosed antenna. I returned Friday to the dealer they took pictures sent it to Acura. Received a call on Tuesday from service department and was told Acura would never sell me a car that was damaged. I explained I did not damage the car i noticed damage when i arrived to my house the day i picked brand new car. I told this its unacceptable because someone at the dealership knows this car was damaged and said nothing hoping none would notice. I also told them I will never return. How can i trust a dealership that sold me a car that is damaged and blames me? How do i know when they service car they wont damage car? Cant trust them!! A few days later they call me back to look at car again. I take the time from work to go thinking they will have a solution only to find out they want me to pay for damage and use their body shop to fix it!!! Sales manager asked me "what do you expect from me?" .. I told him I expected this outcome since it seems to be my fault for not inspecting every inch of car before delivery. Why would i lie about damage to a brand new car? Who damages a car and tries to go back to dealer and pass the expense on to them? im sure there are a few people who try but that is not me. There is no doubt in my mind it was damaged by them and they know about it and passed a damaged car on to me. I am not a thief and was insulted they suggested i was the one who damaged a brand new car and now want them to fix it. I will never return to ED VOYLES Acura. Started as a great experience ended as a nightmare. I have a brand new car 1 week old that is damaged from dealer and no way to prove it but someone in their dealership knows and passed the bill on to me. I would rather drive 5hrs to a reliable dealership and will never return to this one.

    This is the 2nd time Ive gotten a car from Ed Voyles KIA. These guys go above and beyond to find what youre looking for and what financially works. From... the sales team to the service team Ive never had one bad thing to say in 4 years. I will always buy or lease from these guys. AMAZING!!!

    The plastic closure on the console armrest broke causing the top of the armrest to remain open and upright. I do use the armrest console to store items... I use frequently, but it is never over packed. I contacted Ed Voyles' Acura service department and explained what had occurred and brought my car in for service. Samuel Neitzke was my service technician. After Samuel investigated the issue, he called the Acura customer service department and arranged to have a new armrest ordered for my auto. Samuel then called me, telling me that he had taken care of everything and that he would call when the armrest was installed. My sincere thanks to Ed Voyles Acura and Samuel Neitzke. I have always been impressed my the service at Ed Voyles Acura, now my wife, Suzanne says she had every intention of buying her next new auto from Ed Voyles Acura.     Went in for a test drive, ended up buying the car on the same day. The Sales person ( Ms Morning ) and the Finance Manger( Mr Hayden) were very helpful... and expedient, The whole staff was very professional. I plan on referring my family and friends.

    we recently drove to Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee GA to pick up our new Kia. This dealership had one of only 4 of these cars east of the Mississippi and the... closest to us. The salesman completed almost all of the paperwork prior to us arriving and it took just a little while to sign all the paperwork and then get setup in our new car. The process went about as smooth as one would expect buying a car via email.

    I had an amazing experience. Cecil was my main point of contact and he helped in getting the ball rolling before I arrived so the paperwork process time... was almost complete when I got there. He has so much knowledge and worked with you. Great atmosphere, with professional experts. Very happy with my whole experience

    I have done business with Ed Voyles for over 20 years! I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are the ultimate and I can't see myself ever... buying a car anywhere else. I have known Michael Iscaro the entire time and he is absolutely wonderful!
