I have been servicing my Acura MDX with Ed Voyles Acura

I have been servicing my Acura MDX with Ed Voyles Acura since 2014. I went in for service today. As a recently divorced woman, I am sick that they tried to trick me into an additional service (3 PART FUEL INDUCTION SVC) for $264.20 that- according to another local Acura dealer- is no longer performed. Disgusted with such sexist and dishonest behavior. I will never recommend them.

Professional and efficient service.

Professional and efficient service. I have been servicing our Acuras with Ed Voyles for the last 15 years. Al McGowan has been our service representative since he came to work at Ed Voyles Acura. i highly recommend Al and the service department in general. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

The experience was good.

The experience was good. Improve the wait time to be great. I had an appointment for 8:30 and I didn't leave until after 12 for an oil change and a diagnostic. The staff was great otherwise.

Called this dealerships parts department to check on a

Called this dealerships parts department to check on a part and asked the counter person who is this and they said ED VOYLES PARTS and I said again who am I speaking with, and they hung up on me. So, I called back and got the operator to lodge a complaint. I asked who am I speaking with and she said ED Voyles Acura. I said no what is your name I have a complaint about the parts dept and she said this is the operator and transferred me to the parts dept.. Learn some phone etiquette Ed Voyles!
