Sale person lacked knowledge of the vehicle and the selling process. Didn’t know payment methods, didn’t know the sales tax amount, and didn’t know if there were any service work done.

Stay away ! This is worst showroom..They allure you to showroom and when you reach their it’s completely different.. I spoke and we agreed on a price.. Since it was far for me I triple checked all details with Corey. But when I reach there I was shown completely different car. I was about to leave but then she said we will "take care".. They made us sit for 30 minutes, took my driving license and asked me to fill out papers. I thought they are getting papers ready but when there was no sign we asked and some other manager came and said there is some “miscommunication” and that Corey was new. When I pointed that this is not ethical they accused me of "playing games". DO NOT ever go to this place

Great dealership and sales personnel. Very hard working salesman and women. See Fatima and Vlab, they both did a great job in showing myself and wife what we wanted and drove over from Sacramento to see and buy. We bought our 2016 ram 2500 from them on Sunday. They both worked hard on cleaning the truck up before sending us on our way home with our new truck. We are very grateful for their good deal as well. We would buy from them again if they have what we want again when ready to buy our next auto.

The salesman (Abby) lied to me and in this way talked me into leasing rather than buying. The general manager (Samy) promised to rectify the situation. He ultimately did not. This whole mess cost me an extra $1,000. Stay away from this place!

If I could give less I would. These guys are all scammers. They pretend to make offers with you then will steal your credit and threaten to “beat you up” when you ask for papers back because the agreement wasn’t true. I’m 3 month pregnant and the manager raised his hand to hit me. I called authorities because of the way they treated us and threatened to be physical. Stay away from this dealership
