Stay away ! This is worst showroom..They allure you to showroom and when you reach their it’s completely different.. I spoke and we agreed on a price.. Since it was far for me I triple checked all details with Corey. But when I reach there I was shown completely different car. I was about to leave but then she said we will "take care".. They made us sit for 30 minutes, took my driving license and asked me to fill out papers. I thought they are getting papers ready but when there was no sign we asked and some other manager came and said there is some “miscommunication” and that Corey was new. When I pointed that this is not ethical they accused me of "playing games". DO NOT ever go to this place

Great dealership and sales personnel. Very hard working salesman and women. See Fatima and Vlab, they both did a great job in showing myself and wife what we wanted and drove over from Sacramento to see and buy. We bought our 2016 ram 2500 from them on Sunday. They both worked hard on cleaning the truck up before sending us on our way home with our new truck. We are very grateful for their good deal as well. We would buy from them again if they have what we want again when ready to buy our next auto.

The salesman (Abby) lied to me and in this way talked me into leasing rather than buying. The general manager (Samy) promised to rectify the situation. He ultimately did not. This whole mess cost me an extra $1,000. Stay away from this place!

If I could give less I would. These guys are all scammers. They pretend to make offers with you then will steal your credit and threaten to “beat you up” when you ask for papers back because the agreement wasn’t true. I’m 3 month pregnant and the manager raised his hand to hit me. I called authorities because of the way they treated us and threatened to be physical. Stay away from this dealership

I have bought two cars from here Sammy and Conni have always been super honest and helpful. My wife and I have always gotten red carpet service. I true fully never had a bad experience here at all. Not sure what happen to the other buyers.

Sammy and Conni are the best this is our second car. We always get the red carpet treatment Sammy gets it done and Conni well the most attentive sales person I have ever met. They don’t push you to buy, I can’t say enough about this place!! Love it and will shop there again and again.

Worst car buying experience,... Even before we really started the negotiations, they switched 3 guys,.. and the last guy was so rude,... and he started off as if we never bought a car,... We just walked off,... They had a advertised price on Friday, they changed it on Saturday, called to confirm and by the time we got there, they changed it again,... Beware of random hidden fees and charges, in fine prints...

Leased a car and upon returning it was convinced (tricked) into buying a new car. The sales people lie and use very ruthless high pressure tactics. Don’t walk in the door!!! They will lie with a smile on their face. Go to another dealership or buy from a private party. I regret ever walking into their dealership. Biggest mistake ever.

Leased a car from them and when I went to turn it it they manipulated and lied in order for me to buy a car. I actually thought I was just leasing another car...they are the epitome of lying car salespeople. The people who work there only want commissions and will stop at nothing to get them. They are a shameful dishonest dealership. Do not go to them or you will regret it. Got to any other dealership or buy from a private party. Save yourself years of regret and wasted money. I wish I had checked reviews on them before I walked in their door.

Be on the watch for Samy the manager. You won't find a more unprofessional and dishonest manager in the industry. My worst experience yet
