Good timely service through agent Cash. Over 7 yrs of car service by Honda, no complains. It is pricey but worth it !!

First time at this dealership and I had my car serviced. I had a great experience and easy. I thought it was exceptional service that they let me know without asking about recalls on my vehicle. They ordered my part and set me up with an appointment. Never had that kind of service before I thought it was great!

Warranty service

Matt Jones in the service dept. handled my warranty work. I was very happy with how well he handled everything. He was very good about keeping me informed. I bought the CR-V at Lodi Honda, but will be buying from Stockton Honda next time.

Honda experience car service

Car servicing is never a problem for me. Mr. Cash always explains what is needed in a clear and concise manner. He never rushes through the intake, always answers my questions and no question is a stupid question to him. I always try to have Mr. Cash assist me with my car servicing issues. Give that man a raise

Get your Honda here

My wife was looking for a CR-V Hybrid LE in Obsidian Blue Pearl. We live in Napa and the dealer here didnt have one in their inventory. We wanted to see a car in this color to be sure that was the color she wanted. After hearing from our local dealer that they would get one, nothing happened. What we were looking for was in very short supply. An internet search for all Honda dealers within driving range showed us what we were looking for at Stockton Honda. I was able to verify at 10:30PM from a customer service rep that this car on their website was available. We requested a call the following morning. Jeff from Stockton Honda reached out to us to let us know the car was on the lot and sent us a photo to see the color. We texted him right back that we were on our way. Upon arrival we met with Jeff, saw the car and said we will take it. In less than an hour all the paperwork was completed, the car was cleaned and window stickers removed. We returned to Napa. This was the best car purchase ever. Why? This dealer has the reputation as the largest in N.Cal and has the inventory to deliver.

Honda Passport purchase

Carlos was great help from the first day we came to the dealership to the 3rd day when we came to purchase the car. Very attentive and answered all of our questions. Would definetly recommend him and Stockton Honda!
