I recently had the pleasure of working with a car sales agent at Auto Country to purchase my new car, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Bobbie who immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire process, from test drive to paperwork, was smooth and efficient. Bobbie even followed up after I took the car to ensure I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions I had about the vehicle's features. I walked away with exactly what I wanted and felt confident in my decision. I highly recommend Auto Country and Bobbie for anyone in the market for a new car!

After years of buying - now's its my son turn!

We have bought several cars from the Auto Country over the years and now it was my son's time. He picked the car he wanted and Bobby made his first car purchase terrific. Every car we bought has been great with wonderful customer service. We highly recommend Auto Country . They make car shopping & purchasing a very pleasant experience! They said I’m too picky to sell to

Bobby met with me and let me take a used Kia Soul for a test drive. I really liked the car but it had a few issues that needed checking- vibrating while driving, steering wheel alignment off, Bluetooth not working. I told him these things thinking they’d have their mechanic have a look. Instead, Bobby met with the owner Mike, came back and told me that they “decided this is not the right car” for me. HUH?! I asked what that even means- he said “the steering wheel, vibrations, Bluetooth… you’re too picky” He added “that’s a good thing, just we have the right to not sell a person a car and we decided not to sell this car to you.” Calling me picky and putting the blame on me, rather than admitting they are trying to sell a seriously flawed piece of crap car, is beyond insulting. All women know that buying a car alone means dealing with a good amount of demeaning behavior from salesmen, but this took the cake.

IM NOT SURE WHO THIS IS, OTHER THAN A FEMALE. THE ONLY THING WE CAN TELL YOU, IS THAT OVER 60% OF OUR SALES, APPROXIMATLY 10200, ARE TO WOMEN. UNFORTUNATLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SELL EVERYBODY THAT VISITS THE STORE. IF WE FEEL WE CAN NOT DELIVER UP TO THE CLIENTS STANDARDS, WE WOULD RATHER PASS THE DEAL THAN DISSAPOINT THE CLIENT. Don't Go, They Sell Crap !

They sell Lemons ! Bought car. Had to take back 2x to get fixed. 42 days after purchase, cost me over 2000 in repairs. They stink !
