Auto Country

I was looking for a reasonable car for my daughter. It has been a while since I had to look for cars and was having trouble finding something reasonably priced and would hopefully be reliable for the next few years. While looking online I found a car at Auto Country and we just popped in. We were warmly greeted by Bobby and was quickly shown the car, test drove it and then he sat down with us to talk us through the whole process which was quick and easy. It has been a while since I purchased a car but I have memories of going all the way to a place to look at a specific car they posted to only have that car unavailable or have to deal with pushy or condescending sales people. There were no surprises with Bobby, he was upfront, transparent and maintained good communication through out the whole process. He helped me apply for financing, organized all of the paperwork for registration and arranged for the car to be inspected. I couldn't be happier with our decision and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out and talk to Bobby.

I've been looking for over a year for the right Highlander and they had it here. Well maintained. Affordably priced. Checked out by a mechanic. Bobby worked promptly with my insurance people and worked around my schedule. He had everything filled out properly for my trip to the RMV. (We know how they can be.) Best experience with a dealership that I have ever had in my life, and I'm not young, so that is saying something. When its time to replace my old Camry I'll call them first before I go to anyone else.

I was happy to receive a call back immediately. I had an accident during a snow storm, unfortunately my car was totaled. During another SnowStorm I remained in communication with Bobby ,with daily updates. Once weather permitted , I was able to pick up my purchased car with ease.
