I feel like i was given adequate service until i was

I feel like i was given adequate service until i was rubbed the wrong way... Jarred was extremely he'll logo, but fell extremely short when i realized his only motivation was to make a sale for a vehicle that wasn't even pre certified. I drake full responsibility not knowing this after my father made me aware, therefore this is a ME Issue. What isn't a ME issue is that they sold me a car promised to be in great condition, actually with no problems at all, only to have an AC unit that was completely shot. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME!!!! Mind you i just bought the car lol, his isn't a company, business , or whatever you wanna call it. it's a bunch h of ppl that are not in the loop of what's happening. customer service was helpful but dang, i could get my car fixed faster at a junkyard for an AC issue LMAOOO. Never will recommend this dealership EVER EVER!!!!!

I see a salesperson as a major part of the dealership and

I see a salesperson as a major part of the dealership and a first impression. First impressions mean a lot. He was nice and definitely knew how to do his job, but could use pointers in staying connected with the customer the entire time. Overall the dealership is clean and inviting. I appreciated the follow-up call regarding my survey. It felt good to speak to a person and express my concerns. That was the most rewarding experience.

This is our second time leasing a car with Howie and

This is our second time leasing a car with Howie and Motion Kia and both times have been excellent. Not only were we treated nice, but also Howie made sure we received the best deals possible. Because of him we were able to walk away with the car we truly wanted. We appreciate his professionalism and everyone else at Motion KIA!
