I bought my truck from Joe Russo.

I bought my truck from Joe Russo. He is amazing. Andy was my Service Advisor for this maintenance - clearing Rear Locker, BSM and ABS codes. He was great -took care of me in a timely manner and was very professional and polite. The techs did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the service and the team.

The Courtesy Chrysler Ram Jeep dealership there, makes you think that you are in a late night hip hop party, with the Hideous repetitious, Non-Stop Hip Hop type Boom Boom Boom music. It's almost like it were a nightclub or a discotheque, and I left with a headache.

Salesman Miguel was great, everyone else other than him

Salesman Miguel was great, everyone else other than him made the shopping experience very unenjoyable. From ridiculous lowball offers on trades to trying to pawn off replacing a bumper on the vehicle being sold with the excuse that they were going to put it out there like that. They “lost” paperwork and tried to tell me they couldn’t certify for the money when the entire time I was told it was CPO. It did in fact get certified but I just felt deceived the entire time I was there. Miguel was pleasant to work with and very attentive. Overall disappointed though.

Friendly staff, the salesman was cool and helped make the process go pretty quick. The finance guy was cool as well. We had a few laughs.
