Showed up 15 mins. before closing for an oil change and they got me in and out. I would have understood if they turned me away due to the time, but they were more than happy to service my truck.

My recent purchase of a used vehicle from Stetler sparked my need to submit this review. I have NEVER had a dealership stand by the sale of a used vehicle like Stetler. We experienced mechanical issues(previous owner made them undetectable at the time Stetler took the trade-in) with the vehicle within the first few weeks. We were expecting Stetler to behave as a "used car" salesman and tell us this is not their problem but they did the exact opposite. They took responsibility for the problem and immediately arranged for the vehicle to be serviced at no charge. Everyone at the dealership from Sales to Service was professional and pleasant. Stetler Dodge has my full endorsement as a reputable and ethical dealership and I highly recommend purchasing your new or used vehicle from them.
