From the moment we began the process these guys were just

From the moment we began the process these guys were just so welcoming and wonderful to work with. Ted Maull was our sales representative. He worked diligently to execute our sale. He was kind and courteous in making the process as comfortable as he could. Mike slocumb the finance manager was a friendly face to see in what’s usually an annoying process. He had us in and out. Tim Goodall we had the pleasure of also working with. Very personable as well, kept us smiling. Brian Long was a treat of a character. He made sure to come and introduce himself before we were finished. All in all, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. They made the process so smooth. We all shared lots of laughs in the process, and I can’t say that’s ever happened at a dealership for me before.

Simo and Tom were amazing.

Simo and Tom were amazing. Although the first Cadillac dealership I visited gave me no hope in finding what I wanted, Tom had no problem locating exactly what I was looking for. Simo made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks to both of these guys for everything!

Ted Maull provided the concierge treatment you dream of

Ted Maull provided the concierge treatment you dream of from Cadillac. He even came by my house to pick up my 2nd trade in so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. He has followed up several times, as the Lyriq has more electronics than I’m used to.
