From the very beginning Kathyrn, Mary, and company were very helpful, courteous, and respectful. I had never completed a purchase like this online before and they helped me without hesitation and answered any questions I had. They were very patient with me and that made for a very pleasant experience!!!

In the past would have gave 5 stars.

In the past would have gave 5 stars. Have always had my Ram trucks serviced here. Current 2019 Ram I complained about a coolant smell several times while under warranty and they could never find any thing. Brought it in today for a oil change and tire rotation with 50k miles on it. Service writer says I smell a coolant leak. Do you want us to check it out? Told him yes as I have complained about that for 2 years and they never could find anything. He says ok , there is a 150.00 fee to check it out . Told him as much as I had complained while under warranty and they couldn't find the problem I was not going to pay 150 bucks for them to look now. I understand they have to pay thier techs as I was one for many years but asking for 150.00 to check what was clearly going on while under warranty and they couldn't find or fix felt like a slap in the face.

I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from three different Dodge

I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from three different Dodge dealerships since 2004. Four in Jacksonville NC, one in Pleasanton, Texas and the latest at Kernersville Dodge. Kernersville has by far been the best experience when purchasing a vehicle. Carmen Lopez was great in assisting me over the phone and online. Daniel Valdez was proficient and professional while I was at the dealership and Eddie was very knowledgeable during the administration process. Kernersville Dodge was definitely worth the three hours drive to get my new truck. All dealerships should be modeled after Kernersville

Please don't waste your time if you are an internet

Please don't waste your time if you are an internet buyer. I located a vehicle via Autotrader (2016 Ram 3500) and I immediately called and spoke with Marcus. He assured me that a "customer care rep" would get some videos and what not to answer a couple questions I had. Nearly 24 hours later after another call to Marcus, I received a couple videos but the questions and particular items I wanted to see (I.E. in the bed tool box and under the dash) didn't get addressed. Marcus again assured me that he would get right back to me with answers. I then called back 2 more times and Marcus couldn't provide help but then mentioned on the last call that it sold a day ago. I had no problem making the 8 hour drive to view/pick up the truck if my questions were answered. Seems like I wasn't taken serious since I was so far away. I will have to take my business else where and I'll be sure to make others know to steer clear.
