My son and I were looking for a nice car for him and his family and we found it here. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

We stopped in looking to purchase a pre-owned car for our daughter. We had a very pleasurable experience, we worked with Brian who was extremely friendly and patient with our daughter as she worked through her first car buying experience. He was also very knowledgable the cars available and honest in his recommendations. We purchased a car, that was in good condition, affordable, and we were impressed with the service performed on the car before pick-up, it is comforting to know they really took the time to inspect the car throughly (they even found a broken door lock which they quickly had repaired before we picked it up). Thank you Brian for making our daughters first buying experience a pleasurable one, we really appericate all your help and the great customer service that you provided. And Tori is extremely happy with her new car.

Bought an '05 Focus here. The buying process was very simple and Brian was extremely friendly. Since I am a first time buyer he went over all the paper work so I understood everything. The car was washed and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. The facility was clean and I had a very easy stress-free experience. If I'm ever in the market for another car I will definitely stop at Ridgeview Motors.

Just purchased a pre-owned truck for my son from Brian and I was treated as if I was buying an expensive new vehicle. The truck drives nice and it was worth the trip from Syracuse

I bought a used 2004 silverado from brian at ridgeview motors and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I recieved at this dealership. He was very fair with the price of this truck and very fair with my trade in. I've dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life and he is a very nice and honest dealer. It was a pleasure doing business with him. It is nice for a change not to feel ripped off. I would and already have recommended Brian at ridgeview motors to my friends. I want to thank Brian for a great experience.

i will never again go here for a vehicle or recomend this place to people.. me and my boyfriend got a truck from there in september. when we test drove the vehicle it was perfect.. it was everything we wanted.. the day we pick it up we found the back speakers in the door missing, a hole in the back passenger door, they never filled the transmition fluid, they never washed the vehicle, we found RAZOR BLADES ( one in the seat and one in the door cubby), paper towels under the hood, and now after going back time and time again, we now found out they did an inspection on the vehicle, and passed it with none working emergency parking breaks.. all this with in a week... NEVER again will i go here.. and NEVER will i recomend ridgeview to anybody
