New car purchase

The staff made purchasing our 2023 Buick Enclave a pleasant experience. Barry was very knowledgeable of all the operating systems of the vehicle. He knew the answers to all our questions. Darby did an excellent job presenting information on the warranties options that are available. Lee made sure everything was went smoothly. Definitely a first class experience!


Buyer Beware

Buyer beware I purchased a used 2021 Kia Telluride in early 2021. This car had be purchased at an auto auction in Quebec, therefore any warranty work has to go through KIA Canada and lots of US dealers won't work with you to get the work done. Also because it is KIA Canada you will not receive any recall information. This should have been disclosed during my purchase so the consumer can make a educated decision. Their customer service was great but in hind sight it was probably because they had a sucker on the line and was glad I didn't question anything.


Don't do it.

Joe, my salesman was nice and courteous. That's where the good comments end. Sales Managers left me hanging while they were enjoying their lunches together. Then they offered a ridiculous offer and wanted to talk down to me about what they thought I purchased vehicle new and depreciation bs. Stay away . far away.


Something else taken from us and hurt us and

It is terrible what happened to us here someone had our truck and car and dealership and women that worked there before didn't help at this is more hurt I never even got a call they moved to get our every nite I wonder who took our vehicle

Disappointed to Say the Least

Not pleased at all. Bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 last month from this dealership. When I bought it, the fan motor for the a/c was not working. Should have walked away then. But they were very courteous and set up an appointment and got it fixed in one day. No complaints there. 2 weeks later the transmission went out in the truck. I had to pay to have the truck I purchased from them 2 weeks earlier for $40,000 towed to their dealership for repairs (good thing I bought the extended warranty they offered me). They didn’t even offer a courtesy tow- I had to pay out of my own pocket. No offer of a loaner vehicle. Like I say, this truck wasn’t bought a year ago or even 5 months ago- I only had it 2 weeks at this point. Anyway- it arrived to their dealership on Friday, April 16th. Here it is May 17th and my truck still isn’t repaired. I had the truck for 2 weeks and they have had it for over a month and still has not been fixed. I’m thinking My next step may be to consult a lawyer and the BBB and find out what rights/options I have moving forward. So much for supporting home town business. My 1st payment is due and I’ve only drove the truck 3 times. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!



Just as shady if not more so than other dealerships in the area. Worked out a deal on a incoming vehicle and put down a deposit. After waiting and passing up other vehicles I am told they will not honor the deal and instead will only sale for MSRP minus rebates. Passed up opportunities to get the color I wanted just because I already put a deposit on this only for them to change the deal right before delivery. They make a nice video about treating customers different then other dealerships but that is far from the case.

Durrence Layne has very friendly, helpful staff. Always a lot of vehicle choices at the dealership - no hassle looking/buying and the Service Department is very accommodating.
