We purchased a two year old Ford Escape in June 2014, and last week we had the first service of oil and filter change, plus the tires rotated and all liquids checked and topped, in addition to a mufti-check inspection and report. The wait time was as scheduled, in a comfortable area with TV, coffee and donuts, and the service agent was very helpful in explaining what was done. He also answered questions about features of the vehicle we are still learning, and suggested the mileage when the next service should be scheduled.
