I had my car serviced on December 31 and Scott was the service person that work with me to get my car serviced?. I’m giving him a five star rating because he was outstanding as far as knowing all the aspects of my jeep grand Cherokee, going over all the items that needed attention, and took great care getting everything fixed and serviced. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along, while insuring I was satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. It’s drlighted to know I have a dealership I can go to where I now get top notch service. Prior experiences at a rival’s dealerships were not the good.

On August 5, 2025 I brought my new vehicle, Dodge
On August 5, 2025 I brought my new vehicle, Dodge Challenger to Elmwood Dodge for an oil change after scheduling an appointment. Upon entering the service area I noticed a female and three service personnel joking around. I only noticed one person in the waiting area, a woman. After my vehicle was allegedly serviced, I received the invoice and paid the cashier inclusive of a 3% credit card fee as she smiled. I placed a carpet over my driver side mat with the Dodge logo to avoid any soiling from the technicians feet. When I received the vehicle back, I noticed the mat I placed in the driver compartment was folded and placed on the passenger side compartment. The Dodge logo was soiled with what appeared to be some type of grease and/or oil. I did not appreciate this fact at all. In addition, the technician was wearing silver chains and was playing my radio and also using the windshield wipers. Secondarily, the technician entered my EVIC changing my park sense rear assist and activating the assist. I have no idea why he was playing with the EVIC nor did I give anyone permission to enter the EVIC. On August 5, 2025 I sent an email to Elmwood Dodge specifically citing what had occurred. I also left two voice mails for the toll free number Elmwood Dodge listed in their email to me. On August 7, 2025 at 10:14 A:M I left Tia a detailed message and for her to return my call. I left a second message to Tia on August 8, 2025 at 10:38 A:M and never heard from her or any from Elmwood Dodge. As to this date of October 10, 2025 I have never heard from Elmwood Dodge either by email or phone. Finally, Elmwood Dodge placed the wrong city and street address on my invoice. I do not wish to deal with ineptness. My vehicle is a Dodge Challenger SXT Plus purchased brand new in 2013 and has only 2275 miles. We shall surely bring this to the attention of our friends and family alike to stay clear of this dealership. We shall never bring any of our vehicles to be serviced at Elmwood Dodge and we shall never purchase anything from them ever. Elmwood Dodge tries to entrap the unsuspecting when in fact their demeanor says enough. We would not at all recommend Elmwood Dodge to any: NONE! * I have enclosed the invoice yet hid our phone number, name, email, and vehicle vin. * All information has been fully documented for future reference. ** I cannot submit the invoice nor pictures!
