Long lasting cars

I highly recommend buying your next car here. My family and I have purchased our last two vehicles here and just got our third. Once again, every staff member’s kind and welcoming attitude makes it easy to come back. For us, the most important part about getting a car is the longevity. This is something Pioneer Motors has ensured every time. We purchased our first vehicle in 2012, and it’s still running strong over 10 years later. Best dealership in town!

Long lasting cars

Awesome!

I bought my Hyundai from Pioneer Motors and it has been absolutely wonderful! Great staff and overall an amazing car dealership, I would highly recommend!

Best in town

TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ?? YEAH...

I would assume my car shopping online and found pioneer and they had the car that I wanted I talked to Dave he was great and I decided to purchase a 2014 Dodge journey the tax and license out the door it was about $16,000 which was everything I scraped and saved to get that car and for the first month or so it drove great but at the time I got it had 26,800 mi on it and I hadn't even driven it 3,000 miles and it started having transmission issues. And if we go back for a second when it got delivered to me it came with two front bald tires Dave did end up making that better about a month later because he forgot there were tires for that car but when I called to talk about my transmission giving me issues they told me Dave what's gone and whoever I talk to told me there was really nothing they could do that I need to call a Dodge dealership and I told him I hadn't even driven that thing 3,000 miles I paid $16,000 which was everything I had and you're telling me that basically I'm screwed and he said basically yeah very uncaring and very matter of fact and they boast on their total customer satisfaction well that must only be for certain customers because he just blew me off. What if it had been him that had gotten a car and he only got 3,000 miles on it for that amount what would he be doing. Now I have a car that I bought that's not running properly I can't do my job I'm not going to be able to pay my bills I mean it's just going to cause a never-ending ugly domino effect and you know what all I figured he could do is like rectify the situation I mean for as much as I spent that would be the right thing to do. But he just shooed me off you know he's good he got his money. Myself personally I wouldn't feel good about myself if I let somebody feel that badly about a business deal that we did. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody and he'll be lucky if he doesn't hear from a lawyer. This is no way to do business and that's a total rip off for somebody. Especially when that's all you had

The best place to buy a car!

Keith was the best, he made purchasing easy and explained everything as we went along, no pressure. This is our second car from him and it won't be the last. Pioneer Motors is a great place to buy a great car. Thanks!

I was degraded to the point of not wanting tthisncar....

I was degraded to the point of not wanting tthisncar. I had planned on paying cash. I asked for e tra pictures : weens Ann. Considering buying an Audi S5 instead.

Great Experience

Dave was excellent! When I reached out with questions, he answered promptly and was very helpful and courteous. After all the questions, it ended in me taking a day off work and making a 3 hour drive to test drive, and ultimately buy the car I was looking at. Dave was even more awesome in person! He was able to work with me and get me a great price on the car, AND he had one of his guys follow me to a rental place an hour away so I would be able to turn in my rental and start driving my new car right away! World class service in a small mountain town. 5 Stars our of 5! Highly recommend!

Great Experience

Not sure we wanted to enter a used car sales lot given our experieces, albeit decades ago. But Pioneer had a fair price on a model we were thinking of buying. David met us, friendly but low key enough. We test drove the car and liked it but needed to know more about this particular car. Pioneer provides free carfax services. You might say no big deal, you saved $19.95. That's not the point. Rather the point is that David wanted totally transparency to ensure this was the car we wanted. There was no pressure, just took our time to decide. We agreed to buy it, and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes with a great car, fair price and great buying experience.

Love you guys! :-D

So I brought my son in to look at cars and was told by other dealers I would need to cosign for him as he is a first time buyer. I was not entirely enthusiastic about that but figured I would hear the same at this dealership. Not only did they get my son approved on his own but they got him and excellent interest-rate too!
