I ve been purchasing / leasing CRV Civics and Odissy for

I ve been purchasing / leasing CRV Civics and Odissy for a yrs. They always or have been great and the manager reached out To Me the customer before and after purchase. They would approach me to see if I was happy or if I had any questions. Not this time with John. I did have questions and I wanted to negotiate. Not happy to see this great dealership that I know for a long time drop the ball. Surprised because most of the sales people are great especially Steve melliti.

Met with Mr.

Met with Mr. Antonio Dimas, the Body Shop Manager, and it was such a delightful experience. He has thorough, he was knowledgeable, he took his time to explain, he took his time to answer the questions, did not make me feel like he was out to get another buck, he simply showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I am so glad that I went here! The benefit of going to the dealership is that the Auto Body is also there. Even before I personally went to take my car - the customer service on the phone was very pleasant and they just made the experience to be picture perfect!

I'm sorry you are not pleased with your experience. The vehicle was available when you made the appointment but sold before you came in. We do not hold cars on appointment requests unless we have a deposit and a credit application. Reason is that too many times the appointment doesn't show up or we have multiple appointments on the same vehicle. We should have called to let you know the vehicle was sold (I have addressed with our staff).

Horrible experience

Totally xxxx dealership. I sold my car out of a means of necessity and it took them over two weeks to send the check out. I needed that money the day I sold my car. Lazy and irresponsible. I do not recommend

I'm sorry you're not happy. It takes a bit longer to finalize paperwork when we are paying off someone's car to a bank and issuing a check to the customer for the difference.

Curry Honda Yorktown is the best Honda service and sales in the region. They have provided excellent professional and curteous service for my Honda vehicles. I have beena Curry Honda customer for over 30 years, and travel 50 miles from NYC for the Curry Honda Service and Sales experience. Dan the service manager is superb.

Asked what they can do to ear my business, my response

Asked what they can do to ear my business, my response was simple. Sell me the car at MSRP and I'll be on tomorrow. Instead I get the xx current market conditions treatment, instead of the dealership trying to do the right think and put their greed aside. I will never purchase from a dealer who tells me they have to adjust to the current market conditions by almost $20k. IMO steer clear of this place until they actually value your hard earned money you want to spend with them.

I understand your frustration. We use multiple tools to price our vehicles. Per market conditions, this vehicle is sold at a premium while others are not. To help offset this we are paying over market average for most trade-ins.

honda CON artists

Our lease was up and i got authorization from headquarters to drop off car on a saturday- the dealership did not like this so after we dropped it off the manager we dealt with said we cannot inspect the car now so there's no guarantee that there wont be issues-- then low and behold they send me a bill for almost $700 FALSELY claiming that the car had damage in the front bumper. Total NONSENSE as the car was in mint condition nut nothing i could do but hire my own inspector pay him about $300 and still risk taking a financial loss if the dealer intentionally damaged the car. So i ended up having to pay the xxxxxxxx. never buying a honda/acura again. (Reference #1616440921- honda can trace back the xxxxxxx who scammed us with this #)
