Terrible experience. Lied about car availability.Steve Patrikios was rude/dismissive. Absolutely avoid this dealership.

I'm sorry you are not pleased with your experience. The vehicle was available when you made the appointment but sold before you came in. We do not hold cars on appointment requests unless we have a deposit and a credit application. Reason is that too many times the appointment doesn't show up or we have multiple appointments on the same vehicle. We should have called to let you know the vehicle was sold (I have addressed with our staff).
