Looks like Kia Oakland has poor hiring skills.

Looks like Kia Oakland has poor hiring skills. I purchased a car from their current internet sales manager, Marcus R. who happed to swindle my VW trade in for himself. As a professional, you think he’d actually submit the paperwork to transfer the title and liability. Guess again. It’s taken years, and continuous parking tickets, impound and now is in collections. How could you trust buying a car from this guy? If he can’t handle his own finances responsibly, what makes you think he’d handle your paperwork correctly. Run from this place. Don’t trust a dealership that hires people like Marcus.

Dont trust the smiling face

I had a very bad experience with the dealership and will not use again. I've always been warned about car dealership, but sometimes you need to learn the hardway.

Excellent car buying experience

Had an excellent experience purchasing a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution here. Have continued with servicing here the last two years, and have been completely satisfied. The best staff and service.

Poor Service and Repair performance

Very poor Service and Repair performance. Missing bolts and parts after service. Not very knowledgeable of what they are doing. Service Department lacks courtesy and reliability in terms of schedules. Bad experience for me.

horrible repair dept attitude

$150 just to look at the car, when i clearly requested a particular job to be done. no matter how i tried, no estimate for that particular job

To MS, Thank you for considering our dealership for your servicing needs. I spoke with the service advisor who received your phone call regarding getting an estimate for what you described as a "broken transmission cable". Unfortunately, diagnosis and repair of a failed item cannot be accurately quoted over the phone, without us inspecting the vehicle and knowing what is wrong with it. It would be doing both you, and us a disservice to inaccurately diagnose and quote something over the phone. The advisor let you know that there would be a charge to inspect and diagnose your vehicle, but it would most likely be applied to the repair if you chose to do it with us. Best Mitsubishi car dealership in bay area

I decided to buy 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and that was the only easier part.... talking to different dealers was a pain.... but then I some how got in touch with Chris from Oakland Mitsubishi... believe me from then on, it was all smooth :-) Chris, patiently answered all my queries and help me chose the right variant at a fabulous price. Chris also helped me get the best rate for car finance... and to my convenience Chris facilitated all this over the phone... Finally today I went and just picked my car after the formal paper work and it was a wonderful experience overall. Thank you Chris for all your help and co-operation. I would recommend to talk to Chris once if you plan to buy a new Mitsubishi car.

They are great to work with.

I found a used Ford Escape online. From the first phone call I felt comfortable. The whole experience was easy; they were very reasonable and helpful. They went out of their way to add extras and to deliver the car to me. Honest and nice.
