Mid-Towne Auto Center

I found my perfect car on cars.com and it was at MTAC, more than an hour away from my home and work. I spoke to Paul and, even though my particular vehicle had been drawing interest, he agreed to hold it for an entire day so I could come check it out late one evening after work. I told him I liked the car but had a few others to look at and he volunteered to hold it again, with no deposit, in case I decided I wanted it. No pressure. No "I've got people on the way who want to buy this car". He gave me a printout of the total price with all taxes and fees clearly shown. No surprises, no B.S. I appreciate that. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and inviting with interesting old gas pumps and pedal cars all around. There's even a sitting area with soft leather furniture and a tv, if you're going to be around for a bit. They seemed to have a great selection of quality vehicles, in great shape. I don't think I saw a spot of rust on the entire lot. When it was all said and done, I got my car and I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. Well worth the drive.

I used the site Car Gurus to search for the Saturn Sky I purchased today. I was contacted by two salesman, Jason and Derrick, through e mails and phone calls and all exchanges were very professional and helpful in keeping me up to date on the status of the car I was interested in purchasing. I was given a nice trade in price on my 17 year old car which allowed me to buy an extended Allstate warranty. My experience with Mid Towne Auto Center in Middletown was excellent and I will recommend them to others.

Jason and Paul were both helpful and professional. Great dealership! Helped us through financing and contacted a insurance company to see about a better rate.

After a long search around the area and out of state, furthermore after talking to Jason and Myron, I determined that I needed to check this place out. I am glad I did. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in, then decided why not. A person will pay a little bit more for a particular vehicle, however I believe it would be hard to find a similar one in the condition, care and miles that you can get over here. Keep up the good work! Thanks Jason Meier for all your help, advice and words of wisdom. I really enjoyed talking to you. I will keep your dealership in mind for any future buys.

Jason was excellent! It was definitely worth the two hour drive to purchase. Fair pricing and quality used cars. I would highly recommend these guys.

Just bought my second car from these guys. I tell everybody to check out Midtowne auto FIRST before shopping anyplace else. Excellent service and they always have a lot full of nice cars and trucks.

My purchasing experience was great. I called expressing interest in the car. The car was out and ready when I arrived. My salesperson was fantastic.

I usually don't buy cars from smaller dealerships, but had a very good experience at Mid-towne Auto Center. I was in the market to trade my car for a newer version of the same car. The salesperson was very friendly and easy to work with. The only criticism I have is to be a bit more transparent when preparing the paperwork for the purchase. I had to ask what they gave me for my trade after the paperwork was already started and what the loan interest rate was going to be. Other than that, it was a good experience.
