Do Not Waste Your Time On This Rude Establishment
I called inquiring about a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring Red Color ,and Asked if there was wiggle room in asking price of 29,990.00, Called 508-358-4616 spoke to a male who answered my call…He said he just lowered price of 1000.00 dollars cuz he put 4 new tires on car, I said the price was still high..He was very Rude and referred to me as Buddy.. I corrected him and said I am a female ..to which he Rudely said Don’t Waste Your Time..When I asked to schedule a test drive..This Person CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME THIS CAR..

Love these guys! And we bought a great car!
My family and I were looking for a used car for my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle all on her own! We found a car listed online at Wayland Automotive and came to check it out. We ended up purchasing from Rick, Elias, and Jeff, and couldn't be happier! They let us bring the car back to our own mechanic (a good 45 mins away), who checked it out, said it needed two things fixed, etc. We brought it back to Elias and team and they fixed both things free of charge. We moved forward with the purchase, had tons of questions, etc. and they couldn't have been nicer, more polite, helpful, and patient with us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid used vehicle. I found them trustworthy and solid. They were highly responsive via phone, email, and text, and Jeff went to the RMV multiple times as well to try and assist getting the vehicle registered more expeditiously. Thank you guys! We will be sure to recommend you to our friends and family in the future.

Full of scammers and con artists. They will sell you a lemon and claim it has a clean Carfax, but 6 months later there's damage that they never disclosed. Word to the wise, avoid this shop at all costs.

Stay away
I took my '05 Camry to Wayland despite the negative reviews on Google. Always like to support local shops, but man, these guys live up to their rep. The replacement brakes that I purchased had a “significant problem” less than 150 miles after purchase. I will be going somewhere else next time.

Pure con artists. Told me my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned since my car had 15k miles, but asked another shop and they examined them and said this was a con. Word to the wise, find another shop.

We have no record of any recent transaction or recollection of any customer conversation regarding this. There is a new business in town on route 20 with a similar company name that we may have been confused with. That should be clarified. Otherwise, the owners certainly would like to know more details about this so we can get clarity and understanding on the issue and help resolve.
Awful Experience
Was told to come down and check out a vehicle i inquired about. Just hours before I leave (I am about 3 hours away) I get a text to not come and the truck has been sold. After an employee told me they close at 6. That call was at 7 o’clock that night. Then I go online to check to see if the truck is still there and Yes it is. $1000 more than when I inquired about it. Company is fishy. Wouldn’t trust them with my pet gold fish.

2006 Toyota Carmry
Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again
