Run don’t walk from this dealer.

Run don’t walk from this dealer. They try to sell you a vehicle with rotted tires and have you pay for new ones. They make appointments to for a test drive and the the vehicle won't be there. They will say they will replace wipers and never do it. They Do NO INSPECTION OF VEHICLE Before sale in hopes that The Warranty runs out before you notice. Sincerely, don’t buy from them. Their prices for a vehicles is top dollar. I could give more negatives but don’t have the time.If you must buy, have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic.

Bought.

Bought. Two trucks from them and the first truck had a low level in antifreeze. The mechanic just added antifreeze instead of pressurizing radiator. Ended up needing a new radiator. Break line leaked no breaks.engine light on. Under truck was rusted out more than what i could see before buying. Traded the truck for a more expensive truck. This truck had dry rot tires and they wanted me to pay half for new ones. If you want to buy from whalen realise they don't repair anything unless you point it out, and includes safety issues which they should be doing before sale. Run don't walk away from this dealer or have the vehicle geta full inspection by your mechanic before buying. It's worth a few hundred but its wirth it.

Do Not Waste Your Time On This Rude Establishment

I called inquiring about a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring Red Color ,and Asked if there was wiggle room in asking price of 29,990.00, Called 508-358-4616 spoke to a male who answered my call…He said he just lowered price of 1000.00 dollars cuz he put 4 new tires on car, I said the price was still high..He was very Rude and referred to me as Buddy.. I corrected him and said I am a female ..to which he Rudely said Don’t Waste Your Time..When I asked to schedule a test drive..This Person CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME THIS CAR..

Love these guys! And we bought a great car!

My family and I were looking for a used car for my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle all on her own! We found a car listed online at Wayland Automotive and came to check it out. We ended up purchasing from Rick, Elias, and Jeff, and couldn't be happier! They let us bring the car back to our own mechanic (a good 45 mins away), who checked it out, said it needed two things fixed, etc. We brought it back to Elias and team and they fixed both things free of charge. We moved forward with the purchase, had tons of questions, etc. and they couldn't have been nicer, more polite, helpful, and patient with us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid used vehicle. I found them trustworthy and solid. They were highly responsive via phone, email, and text, and Jeff went to the RMV multiple times as well to try and assist getting the vehicle registered more expeditiously. Thank you guys! We will be sure to recommend you to our friends and family in the future.

HAPPY ENDING!

WEEKS AGO, I WROTE A BAD REVIEW OF ELIAS AND WAYLAND AUTOMOTIVE, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT BOTH ELI AND HIS CREW HAVE TOTALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES. THEY REPLACED THE ORIGINAL CAR THEY SOLD ME WITH A FAR SUPERIOR MODEL AND HANDLED ALL THE FINANCIAL DETAILS WITH SPEED AND EFFICIENCY. IF I COULD ERASE MY INITIAL NEGATIVE REVIEW, I WOULD DO IT IN A HEARTBEAT!

Avoid this shop.

Full of scammers and con artists. They will sell you a lemon and claim it has a clean Carfax, but 6 months later there's damage that they never disclosed. Word to the wise, avoid this shop at all costs.

Stay away

I took my '05 Camry to Wayland despite the negative reviews on Google. Always like to support local shops, but man, these guys live up to their rep. The replacement brakes that I purchased had a “significant problem” less than 150 miles after purchase. I will be going somewhere else next time.
