I shopped for a car for several months until I found this car. At Boston auto. The price was several thousand dollars lease expensive than everyone else The price was so good I knew there was little room for negotiation I kam the owner did not pester me or Harris me / he was very upfront with me I Made the purchase without even driving the car it was so nice I live in NH and had the car delivered to my house from there I had the car inspected and it came back clean. No issues. Then I went to the town hall to register the auto and gave Charlie (the man who delivered the car) a ride to Lowell so he could catch a train ride back to boston excellent people AA

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. Kam was really great and went above and beyond to help me get financing. He gave me the best price on a really nice car, and bought my old car as a trade-in. His guys are really nice and helpful. They handled all the paperwork really fast, and made everything go beautifully. I found the whole experience was great. Kam provides friendly, personal service - overall it was a great experience. Very small lot, cars are packed in tightly, so it is best to know exactly what you want before you get there.

Dealer was very rude and his first and only concern was, if I was going to buy the suv I went to see and how I was going to pay for it. I drove an hour to check out a RAV 4 they have and even though I expressed my interest in test driving the car, he continued to press me about how I was going to pay for this vehicle. Since I wasn?t budging on buying the car on the spot, he did not let me test drive the car. Poor customer service, very high pressure and rude. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

I inquired about a used Honda CR-V that came back with a clean history from CarFax. After both emailing and talking on the phone directly with a representative, I voiced my interest in test driving the car. They confirmed that the car was available for me to test drive later that afternoon. However, once I arrived at the dealership, the car was boxed in and not readily available to drive. Additionally, I was told once I got to the dealership that the car had been in an accident despite the clean CarFax.
