Brought the car because the break light was on.

Brought the car because the break light was on. Asked the advisor to replace the tires and oil/filter. On 7/6/24 the Car was ready. Paid in full and drove-off. Reviewed the Work was completed and saw the break lights were still on. Drove back to the dealership and told the Advisor why my main reason to bring the car to the shop is not addressed. Lucus said,” the repair was deferred.” If I had an accident as a result of dealership neglect to repair my main concern, “UNSAFE CAR WITHOUT A BREAK”, who would be responsible?

Great experience leasing a new BMW iX M60 from Chapman

Great experience leasing a new BMW iX M60 from Chapman BMW on Camelback. I highly recommend asking for Steve Murphy. He was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, was very patient during the leasing negotiations. He was very patient giving my wife a test ride. The finance Manager I dealt with was Giuseppe Ferrara. He was straightforward and helped me make some intelligent financial decisions. Definitely recommend him, also. In short it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Steve and Giuseppe. And I love my new BMW. I highly recommend you talk to Steve, if you are looking for a new or used BMW.

Great Service at Chapman BMW

I went to the Chapman BMW dealership on Camelback and a service representative named Johnson Ta helped me immediately. I truly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I was able to find the car I wanted and get the deal finished in one day. It is rare that people make you feel like you are a valuable customer. If you are looking for a BMW, call Johnson Ta at the Camelback Rd dealership to find the car of your dreams.

DONT BUY HERE

This has got to be the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Went to look at an x5 they had online, only to get there and find out it failed inspection so it’s not for sale. Not sure why it’s priced and up online then but whatever. I get chauffeured down the street to look at another x5. After an hour of negotiating their horrible 10.65% APR rate, I sign the papers and pay my deposit. This is after 5 hours at the dealership. I go to my bank the next morning and they offer the loan at 6.69% (after the sales guys said credit unions wouldn’t touch a 2012). Still, going through with the deal and waiting till the next day to pick up the car after it gets detailed. They call me at noon the next day and tell me the second x5, which I already signed papers for AND paid the deposit on, also failed inspection and is not available for sale. Why they keep posting and SELLING cars that aren’t actually ready to be sold is beyond me. OH and here’s the kicker, it takes 48 hours to get your deposit back. No car, no deposit, horrible interest rates, and lack of integrity. Absolutely terrible way to do business. I will NEVER recommend anyone buying a car from this place.

Hailey, First off I am very sorry about your experience at the dealership. On any trade that we take the manager that does the appraisal marks it retail or wholesale. When then picture the cars and get them into the shop (this process usually takes a day or two). On occasion, the cars that we marked retail do not pass a 100-point vehicle inspection, in those cases, we wholesale the vehicle. Unfortunately, it looks like both of the vehicles you were interested in did meet our standards. This is very rare, but we only want to sell vehicles that we deem safe and roadworthy. In hindsight, on these older vehicles, we will inspect them before we picture them going forward. Again please accept our deepest apologies and if I can be of assistance in the future I will personally help in any way that I can. Shane M. Service Department was seamless and good.

Aloha, my experience with service advisor Mr. Mitch Timothy was pleasant. My car is a BMW X5 XDR40I Sports AC, and it did not need much service, just minor cosmetics requiring minimal interaction with the service department. I can report that at all times, Mr. Timothy was polite and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about future service health requirements for cars. Is, without a doubt, the Service Department offers professional service that will keep my car healthy.

Exceptional Service!

My car was in service for an emergency repair. I was a bit frazzled wHen I showed up, but the team at Chapman and my service advisor, Emi, took great care of me and my car. Great communication throughout the process. They fixed the required repair, took care of the maintenance, a recall, and secured me a loaner car. Such a stress free experience!

I love this dealer!

Love this dealer! Just got my 2nd car from them and I highly recommend them! Great value for my trade in’s and great prices on their cars. They have a amazing selection of clean low mileage vehicles. I will be back for sure.

True class, no pressure, individualized attention

I just bought a new BMW from Ray Small last night and he was the utmost pleasure to deal/work with. He is kind, knowledgeable, gracious, communicative and a true gem! There was zero pressure to buy and he genuinely cared to make sure I was getting my questions answered and my needs/wants met. He deserves a big raise and FIVE STARS (10 if possible)!!!

I just have to say, Mitch in service is beyond fantastic. He is customer-service centered. A phenomenal communicator, and an expert in his work. I have been a Chapman customer for 4 BMW’s now.
