Salesman and manager were disrespectful and condescending

Salesman and manager were disrespectful and condescending in there discussion with me and they added multiple unnecessary fees to the price of the vehicle.

When we pulled up to the dealership Chapman Bmw On

When we pulled up to the dealership Chapman Bmw On Camelback we were waiting for a salesman to come out and I guess we didn’t look like the BMW type. Finally Steve Murphy came outside and asked if he could help us and I said yes I was wanting to look at physically a X5X7 and M series. Steve showed us around the lot I looked in and sat in all of the vehicles I thought I was interested in and I really didn’t like any of them this one was too short that one was too tall and we went back inside and I sat in the M8 which was amazing! Then I told Steve what I was looking for and he asked me some more questions about what I could and could not do as far as comfortability in my car. And then he started to look for a car for me. He sent me some pictures of a car and it was OK but it really wasn’t what I wanted however he told me about all the benefits of buying it and all the different extras that it had. I wasn’t really overly enthused but since I couldn’t find what I wanted and he did find something really nice at a good price I decided as a starter car I could go ahead and get it. Well I have to tell you I absolutely love this car!!! Steve knows the game ! Steve knows exactly how to help a person! I can’t thank Steve enough for being seriously interested in what was good for me ,what I wanted ,and a price that would be very negotiable for me. I recently got an email that BMW was coming back out with the San Remo Green that I absolutely wanted so I told him when I’m done with my little car that I think I want to get the new car that was being advertised in San Remo Green!. Although I feel like my little BMW that I named Isabell is really a part of my family and I’m thinking I might keep her and still buy the new one later. I had been in a horrible car accident and this is my first little car that I’m learning how to drive again in and I couldn’t ask for a more nimble sturdy solid car to drive than a BMW . I am a Lincoln fan and I’ve always owned Lincoln‘s , I’ve had three now and this is my first BMW . I wish I had known that these cars were this solid . Steve has stayed in touch and I assured him that he would be selling me my next car and he’s already on the lookout for it which is really nice to have somebody who feels like family out there in the wide world of car dealerships is really so totally amazing I feel like Chapman BMW is part of our family as long as I’m dealing with Steve. I’ll be bringing my car in for service here if there’s ever a repair that needs to be made I’ll have them do it, and of course if Steve changed dealerships I’d go with him.

Steve took care of me as I found the vehicle I was

Steve took care of me as I found the vehicle I was interested in, via the Costco Auto Program. Steve gave me several suggestions of alike vehicles as well and let me take it home for an overnight test drive. He let me make up my mind without being pushy, and gave me a little extra sugar on the price as well. I would buy a car from Steve again.

We were coming from out of town and the process was smooth and stress free with no added pressure we usually get when purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend Mr Murphy. Exceptional Service!

My car was in service for an emergency repair. I was a bit frazzled wHen I showed up, but the team at Chapman and my service advisor, Emi, took great care of me and my car. Great communication throughout the process. They fixed the required repair, took care of the maintenance, a recall, and secured me a loaner car. Such a stress free experience!

Yes!

Yes! Chapman BMW does offer an extraordinary experience! This is because of Wonder Woman Sales Advisor Kim Reid. She is the real deal. Sincerely cares for her customers satisfaction, bends over backwards to procure your financing, and is very reliable. She will always answer phone calls, emails and texts in a very timely manner. She serves her customers with the best intent and a warm heart. I have purchased 6 other BMWs in both California and Arizona, but have never experienced such a gregarious, kind and dedicated Sales Advisor such as Kim. Chapman BMW is super lucky to have her. I suspect she will be promoted up the corporate ladder very soon. From my own selfish benefits, I hope not. I’m not done purchasing BMWs!😉

I took my car in for battery replacement and orther service . Ali Shahna Is my service advisor . Ali is knowledgeable, efficient and always provides top level client service . He explained everything so that I could understand , and that’s not easy . I’m VERY picky who I take my car to . I been taking my car here for the service And the service from Ali always consistent . My car was ready when promised. I trust Ali and the service at Chapman Camelback and would not take my car anywhere else for service .
