My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible.... I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.

The experience was great and there was no pressure. The building was a little run down but was told they were going to be remodeling next month
Great buying experience, contacted them via website and had very positive interactions via email until I wanted to talk with them. Joe found the car that... I was looking for a 2019 X5 and secured the car. Painless interactions on getting the price aligned and completed the transaction via the web. Met Joe for the first time when I went in to pick up the car. Paper work was ready to sign and had plenty of time to spend with John the delivery specialist to lean about my new X5.

I purchased my second BMW from Joe Lena this past Tuesday, October 16th! My husband and I made a 1 PM appointment with Joe, and he called to confirm- I... leased my first BMW sports coupe in late 2015- a 2016, and Joe gave me an excellent trade- applying some of those $???s to my lease! My intent, last Tuesday, was to purchase a 2019 2 series Coupe, I left with a 2019 4 series with my same red leather that I love! My service rep Bob Molnick, offered to see if he could que up my car earlier than my 9AM appt on 10/8 since I'd come in 45 minutes early to which I gleefully... answered, "of course". After Bob actually made that happen, I sauntered into the showroom to compare stickers of models similar to my '15 428 CV I'd brought in for service as well as our '18 530 Sedan at home. While browsing, your Sales rep Steve Murphy approched me and asked if I had any questions.I did, to which he gave me both informative verbal information as well as showed me how certain things worked on the 4 & 5 series in the showroom. I was especially grateful for having learned things about my cars I wasn't using. Unusual for both Service & Sales agents to be so helpful that I'd take such notice as to actually write a review this experience. Would that it were true for other branches of your corporation.You wouldn't need "GENIUSES" which albeit at other branches, gave us shorter shrift during our encounters with them leaving us wanting for information. Not egregious on their part but certainly noticeable. Your outfit @ Camelback stands out from many luxury auto dealerships in PHX as well as other cities we've lived in, for which we are grateful. Kudo's to Chapman Camelback management who apparently pay attention to sensitive customer detail in both hiring & training of your corporate representatives.
