    I purchased a Passat from Heritage Volkswagen. I was promised to be reimbursed for vacation time I was using when they would say the car was ready to be... picked up but wasn't. They only paid half of what was promised. I was also promised new grey carpet floor mats which I never received. I was told the tint they put on my car would have a lifetime warranty but they would not provide the receipt for the tint install, which is required for the lifetime warranty. The owner will respond to reviews saying to contact them so they can make it right but they do not respond. Find a different dealership if you really want a VW.

    My Passat wouldn't start. After getting wrong info from a parts store we took it to Heritage VW in Union City. They diagnosed it, replaced the battery,... and it was ready before 2pm on a Friday. They even washed and vacuumed it. A recall was also done & all under warranty. My only problem was the distance from my home to the dealership is quite a ways.

    I went to the Heritage for a price comparison and was blown away by the customer service I received from Dee needless to say I bought an Eos the same day... because of the excellent salesmanship and willingness to assist and show all options. I am a slow shopper but Dee did not mind even though it took me 8 hours to choose Thanks Dee you are the best sales person I have met in many years. I wish you continued success!!!!!

Met... with MsTonya and she was such a blessing and a delight to work with she’s so positive when I didn’t think I could get a new vehicle it happened It was a blessing for her to be there today My angel sent byGodher personally was a real blessing and her being so confident .     Made a deal, got certified funds, was told that car was no longer available but same exact more expensive cars were. Very obvious bad faith dealing. Asked... to speak to General Manager and was told he was off and the manager on duty did not talk to customers? Sleazy unprofessional "Hey Man" texts. Salesperson had the never to demand I wire the money when I had gotten a certified check that he told me to get and provide proof. Kept being led to other cars.
